I've been working with multiple Tumo alumni and the most important thing that I witnessed is that they are 'problem solvers' and 'critical thinkers'. This is the most important mindset that should be embedded in the new generation of the Armenian workforce.

Thank you Eric ,thank you Marie Lou Papazian for this level of upbeat conversation .Unfortunately Armenian airways are flooded with backward pessimistic constant gossips .Tumo is the bright side of Armenia .Future generation is the only hope to come out of this destructive stupidity that we are in .
So proud of Tumo Center. Its a world renowned organization with state of the art facilities. Many don't understand the impact these types of educational centers will have in the future. Its is a step ahead of current world education systems!
@@Serjrx1757 yes mostly in STEM, not in any field. Especially if it's in Engineering and Science R&D if Armenia wants to concentrate human capital. Armenia has barely any resources to export anything. The main problem is with Armenian infrastructure is stuck in 20th century, not in 21st century like in Germany, South Korea and Japan.
great program, I enjoy these interviews a lot. Hopefully the majority of Armenians see the direction they need to move and are as logical as the people on this show. If so, the future will be much better.
I hope Marie Lou mentors young generation of leaders, if there were 1000 of her in the country, it could transform into a different place. She is amazing: a quietly forceful and effective leader, promoting growth mindset.
