Anyone who could make a negative comment to you guys right now is absolutely subhuman. I'll just say that. I couldn't agree with you more. If the chemo is taking away Seans quality of life and all it's doing is torturing him, it has to stop. I just wish more of us lived closer so we could help physically. Either bringing groceries, meds, cleaning supplies, clothes, hygiene items or anything. Know how loved you are, hold each other tight and savor every second. Prayers and love continuing. My God. I am a 45 year old guy. I’ve been watching you guys for years. Sitting here crying in my living room. Hate to think that you’re getting any negative comments.There’s a lot of love out here for you guys. Thanks for all you’ve given us. Please to anybody being cruel or anything other than kind and supportive look inside your heart and ask what might be wrong.? And I know things can get better for you also.And when we get cut off on our way to work tomorrow or our coffe order is wrong try to remember what’s actually important. It’s all the little things we take for granted. Everybody take care.❤️. P.s. Sean she will be ok. You have built a great community to help break the fall should you need that.

My heart goes out to both of you. I lost my 33 yr old son to cancer 2/26/20. One month after we found out it was terminal. It's so hard to watch the suffering. My prayers are with you.
Found your channel from “Emma Cruises”. I’m so sorry that you went through this. Stef, you can tell just from the video that your advocating meant so much to Sean. I actually go to Mayo for my health, and I can’t tell you how much a loving advocate means. It brings a tiny bit of peace in such a storm. I’m so sorry for your loss. I watched all your videos from over a year ago,...then came covid and I stopped for some reason.....With all the cruises sailing again I tried to find your videos, but I forgot your names...I watched 100 cruise videos hoping youtube would suggest one of yours,...I searched "cruise couple" and others,...but no luck....now I just happened to see Don's video....and I'm so sorry....I'm sure, as many others, we may have not known the both of you, but you brought us a sense of happiness and contentment with every video....I hope you, Stef will find all the contentment you need going forward. I’m so sorry. Pancreatic cancer needs so much more funding and research to find a cure and early detection. I lost my mom to this disease in two months from diagnosis to death. Everything you spoke about re vomiting is exactly what mom went through. I hope you find peace, Stef.🙏

My heart aches for you so much! I lost my Mom to pancreatic cancer and my hubby has dealt with cancer twice. Until someone has walked the road you are on they have no clue how difficult this is. My husband and I have had tough decisions and we both agree that we will always pray for a miracle but choose quality of life over long suffering days. You two are blessed to have each other. Some people spend a lifetime never knowing or sharing true love like you have. God Bless you both. 🙏🙏🙏

We don’t know each other formally. I was driven to your RUclips channel a few years ago. You had a go fund me for a dream cruise. I thought that was great because you would share your experience we all of us. You both were characters in the kindest way. Now you are living in the most challenging time of your lives. I discovered your channel just after your beloved Sean passed. I am amazed in this video by your courage as a couple. I am also amazed by the love and fun you two had, you packed a lot of life into life. Pancreatic cancer is the worst, I lost both of my parents to it. Stef, you are a beautiful person, inside and out.
You are truly an inspiration.. My GF and I started watching your channel recently by chance as we were researching cruises... so we started watching your older videos, completely unaware of these recent events. We were truly impressed at how great the videos were.. the production is better than professional. And then we started watching the videos after diagnosis, and both our hearts just sank. My GF was disgnosed with Breast Cancer in March 2020... and so we know much of the treatment process and the dedication that Sean went through and you gave to Sean. As we watched more of your after diagnosis videos, we saw strength and pure love that soulmates have for each other. The stress of possibly not having your love is only mitigated by having them there with you at that moment. It was easy for you to get mad and curse the world... but you never did, or atleast you never showed it. You truly have the strength to move mountains. We are sorry to hear of Sean's passing... there are no words that can ever provide enough comfort for losing Sean... The love between soiulmates can never be described in words or measured on some scale... it's only felt by those who are lucky to experience it. And by watching your videos, we feel lucky that we got to know 2 wonderful human beings in Sean and yourself. We know the videos are just glimpses into your travels and journey together, but we knew immediately saw how you both loved each other.
You are an inspiration... Thank you for all the videos... we enjoyed every single one of them... and even though we never met you or Sean, we are truly heartbroken with Sean's passing. You are in our prayers.

My heart is sooo sad for you both. I have had breast cancer twice so I understand what some of this is like but I don’t even begin to know this magnitude of every thing Sean is enduring. I’ve just came across your channel watching ben and David. I would like to say how inspirational you two are! I know Sean isn’t with us anymore but his legacy lives on!
My gran was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer in 2013 we only got 4 months with her before she passed. She was only 60.
In the uk although our NHS is great we don’t have access to the treatments you do in the US and the fact you got a year with him it’s not nearly long enough it’s a year of memories yous have made!
Sending lots of love and one day I’ll hopefully get to meet you on a cruise or holiday!

This is bringing back awful memories of what my father went through this past summer. He didn’t have chemo. He had immunotherapy and then also radiation. I think the radiation made him weak and ultimately let to his death.
We werent even allowed to visit him in the hospital. We barely had six weeks between his diagnosis and his death
I wish we had been spoken to more honestly by the doctors. I wish we would have just let him be at home and enjoy his last days surrounded by friends and family.
I respect your decision ❤️

I am sending you much love Steph. You gave Sean the ultimate gift of unwavering love. My husband has stage 4 colorectal cancer. He has stopped chemo due to the lack of quality of life. I know just how difficult chemo is. I know the games chemo play’s with the body. I am so sorry for your loss. I am so sorry for the suffering Sean endured. I want to say that I am just getting around to this because at the time all of this was going down I was in and out of the hospital myself, but I "met" you all through Josh and I saw another video of you all when I was doing research. Some of this resonated so much: even if you know your body or your loved one's body it is very easy to get dismissed because you're not a doctor. You are strong

The road may seem dark but your love and strength illuminate your lives. You have both cherished the time that you spend together and it is so evident in your posts even prior to Sean’s diagnosis. Not many people find their soulmate but the two of you were destined to be together. This was such a touching video and never feel guilty for not telling us what is going on. I just have to say, I’m so happy you both are documenting this. Because God forbid anything happens to you Sean, having those memories are so important. My dad had cancer and after radiation treatment he also had fluid build up in his abdomen after treatment too & it kept coming back. He lost lots of weight & he continued to throw up bile as well. I miss him a lot, but he did not want pictures or videos while in that state before passing and I wish I would have had pictures with him more recent to look at. Love you guys channel so much! Will pray so hard for you all!
