I love how many of the waiters/waitresses hesitate when trying to think of what they wanna say about the dish to Gordon knowing it’s terrible or trying to not make the owner/head chef look bad, but the first one doesn’t even blink: “I wouldn’t go with the sushi pizza. It’s vile” lol
I won't serve anything I won't eat quality wise, I'm not chefs favorite but I've only ever had one complaint on my record. 😂Good service staff are honest to a point.

It's freaking Gordon Ramsay. He's a famous multi millionaire chef. Why is it so hard for these chefs to believe him when he says the food is awful? Why do they act so surprised? Does the non-existent stream of customers or all the freaking plates of food being sent back not give it away?

I work in KFC. Normally, the food is good. Fresh, hot, amazing. But at quiet times, the shift runners are too lazy to put fresh fries on, and they just put cold and old chips back into the fryer for few seconds so that they are worm. It's disgusting. I once said something about it, and I was shouted at... Some people just can't work in food industry. Even if they can cook and prepare GREAT FOOD, they are too lazy, and just take short cuts... Disgusting!
Our fries have life span of 5min. Sometimes they are out of fryer for 20min, in ROOM temperature, and then re-fryed to make it hot again. It can happen few times with one basket of chips.

Then he went to KFC and bought some wings and he ate them in the bus and there was plastic inside the chicken .. like do people not know how to fucking cook

I thoght the same thing, before I tried it. Its actually really good when done properly. I like to do it with gemsallad, dress it with a mixture of soy sauce and oil, and topped with goat cheese and mango. It's a recipe from a famous Swedish chef called Paul Svensson, who has a actually competed in b'couse dor. Ramsey is being close minded, end of story. Though, this one was obviously poorly executed.

I know you are joking but if they don't clean their ice machine regularly the ice can be quite disgusting. Used to work at bar where they didn't clean much and you can tell if you have just ice water. Alcoholic drinks of course would mask the taste.

And if they close because of a health violation, you can guarantee it's going to make the news, but if your neighborhood restaurant closes because they had a rat infestation, you will probably never find out why they shut down.

robinsss I know... The west uses a style called "chinoiserie" that was very popular in the 18th century I think (under Henry II in England). It was a style they use because it made them look rich even though they had never been to Asia. (I visited the Pavillon in Brighton a few weeks ago lol)
