The thing with Oliver is that each of his albums have their own distinct style, and they're all great in their own way, so it's kinda hard to compare them to each other. Personally, I also love the Ugly Is Beautiful album the most. But Cowboy Tears and Alone in a Crowd both rock hard in their own rights.

That would explain his "ugly is the new beautiful" type moto. He might be reffering to the industry destroying what makes an artist unique, or "beautiful" by forcing them into making mainstream content. This mainstream content, in the industry's eyes sets a "beauty" standard.
"Ugly" is the new "beautiful" might be implying that music being made in a non industry setting in many ways is better, by encouraging originality and creative freedom, as opposed to music made in an industrial setting.

And on Oliver’s Q&A on Twitter he said he had been listening to Little Rickey and he was the only artist he liked. But little Ricky hasn’t made a single song. Maybe Oliver Won’t become him, but Little Ricky definitely isn’t a real person.

When Oliver says “my golden suit is shiny” could be referring to that picture of Oliver that was going around a few months ago, it’s Oliver wearing a half bowl cut, with a half blonde cut, and his purple pink jacket, and the other half is a golden sweater, so I think there was going to be a music video for this, one where Oliver is half and half, he’s half Turbo and Half Little Ricky, and I think this video would show Oliver give up the turbo persona and start as little Ricky.
I see a lot of people commenting about him giving up one persona and going forward with little Ricky, but those down pitched vocals are only good for a verse every few songs otherwise it would be unbalanced. I would say one or 2 verses per album tops, or it would be overdone and played out.
