Yes, we can plug in and plug out, after installing the printer on a laptop.
No, Only One time installing.
Tip - Some Time Driver Not Work Properly, This time use "Troubleshoot".
and Any Problem just comment....

(Make Sure select right printing port Ex. USB Port)
1. Open Devices and Printer in Control Panel
2. Right Click on Ricoh Printer and...
3. Remove Device and remove cable and reconnect . (For Windows xp.. again install driver)
4 Right Click on troubleshoot and click next and Fix Problem & Check it out
