I’m glad you guys enjoyed Vewn’s animation! It was a lot more longer than their normal animations which meant a lot of time and effort was put into Twins in paradise. I do suggest that if you do want to continue reacting to their videos, I’d like to say some of them could be either comedic or pretty deep and depressing, sometimes a mix of both. Mostly the old ones were silly when their most recent ones are a bit more questioning and similar to Twins in Paradise. I have no suggestions on who you guys should react to, but I’ll look forward for future content!
I think the storyline of each sister showed them coping with losing their mother in two different ways - Marcy striving for achievement at all costs to make her mother proud, even at the cost of her own physical and mental health, and Darcy just imploding into denial/depression. The portal realm gives them their desires, seeing Marcy standing in front of the trophy looking like she's on the edge of a mental breakdown and then beating herself up is soul crushing, and Darcy's literal only line in the whole animation is within the portal when she's being held by her mother and says "I wish I didn't have to leave." There seems to be this figurative wedge in between them for the most part, especially in the hospital when Marcy blames her sister for the twins dropping out of the tennis comp, but them hugging in the ending serves to show their underlying love for each other that in end couldn't be beaten by death.
My theory: in their little portal worlds the cat and bunny represented their other siblings, the paradise was the portal. Their mother died at a young age and they’re now all alone in their big mansion the older sister Darcy (long haired) is dealing with grief and she didn’t get the things she wanted like her fame and she never got the tennis game. The youngest (cat girl Marcy) suffers depression she never got the caring sister she wanted because her sister was focused on her career more then her family causing her to go to her happy place under the influence of drugs.
Marcy - mania Darcy - depression is a pretty popular theory about the two characters in this video. Their mom is implied to have passed early, and was a tennis player herself (portrait in frame of Marcy's room at start of video). Marcy took after her trying to become a tennis champion to make her proud, Darcy was not happy playing tennis and grieved their mom/missed her sister just being with her, and going to therapy. However, Darcy doesn't receive the help she needs to process her grief and emotions (she literally just doodles one picture, which we learn halfway through the video represents her fantastical desire to summon their mother back to life) and is instead immediately presctibed increasing doses of antidepressants, which lead her down the path to living on the high and overdosing on the day of the match. Marcy meanwhile becomes increasingly manic due to her obsessive need to practice and prepare for the match, stressing herself and neglecting her physical and mental wellbeing until she lashes out at the statues, her sister, and herself. The drug trip actually helps her on some level gain clarity that she is the source of her own demons, and fights back against them briefly before she is landed in the hospital and the twins finally reconcile before the end of the world.
I wanted to be immersive in this one so here you go The dark lord Vader holding his crimson red lightsaber near his chest weighing his options wondering if his life had anymore importance after all he could see the disappointment in his new masters eyes on mustafar when they found him burnt and barley clinging to life while his thought he had died which led to the death of his wife because of a broken heart and his Jedi friends during order 66 they and his mother are the only things he thinks about constantly the thoughts get worse and worse with his helmet off he feels somewhat free out of his own personal prison with a tear streaming from his eye his eyes sky blue he has a vision of Padme her body was rotten her hair was ragged and withered her funeral dress was dirty from death he deactivates his saber and she screams at Vader saying *WHERE IS MY HUSBAND? WHAT DID YOU DO TO HIM! ANAKIN ANAKIN HELP!* Vader trying to vocalize words says in a whisper *wait i-i* suddenly he feels a powerful dark presence through his meditation chamber door he quickly opens the door and let's the machines in his chamber put on his helmet feeling sharp pain on all sides of his head and his vision blurring for a slight second he then tries to ignore the pain and opens the door and asks who is present with him and through the darkness of the room a old pale man in long dark robes says *Lord Vader it is time* Vader hearing the voice of his wife and the faint whispers of master Qui-gon quickly gets up and leaves the room in a hurry to hear about the newest development of the second death star
My thoughts: I see the older daughter only having her dad, who never made her feel ok to act her age like her mom would. The parents make up most of the girls' conscious. The same goes for the younger daughter, but she never got enough time with her, so to her she never developed a morality. Everyone had more time with her than she did and she doesn't even like to play sports, she just did what her parents wanted her to do. The drugs were way too extreme for her which further expands on the dystopian future here. And being high put everything the younger sister had to deal with on pause so that she could for once be happy. But that becomes addicting, and eventually she O.D. All the while, without being able to do the one thing the older daughter thought would fix everything, she spiraled out of control out of a lack of balance in her life. I kind of get this feeling that these videos are almost a way to understand each other without having to experience the same pain as others. It's a depressing as hell video to watch, but I can see an importance in understanding people in a less talked about manner. Love the video though you should react to Dead End, also by Vewn :)
I really tried to subscribe to this channel but she talks so much instead of just watching the animation she just assumed everything about the animation it’s irritating so I don’t think I would be subscribing 😬
Thank you for your feedback! We recommend watching the original video itself if you do not like our added commentary. If we were to watch the video without giving any thoughts throughout, we would be breaking copy right law. 😉

If one was older, they wouldn’t be twins
Names are switched up, but yeah that’s pretty much the gist of it. I hadn’t connected the “paradise” to the portal yet tho lol
the names are switched and they are the same age, they're twins
@@grassymatts5596 When a twin is called the oldest or youngest, they’re basing off minutes instead of age.
