As someone playing a Lhiannan (hotel/local garden owner) right now I'm so happy to see them get some love in a video. Lol
The Lhiannan always felt like an afterthought to me. They had an interesting origin, but their discipline has always been nich to useless and got worse with each revision.
I think that's mostly by design, the text before it in V20 even says its weaker too. They did die out for a reason after all. The WOD games have always been more about themes and story than balance.
