Indeed! The Tal'Mahe'Ra, the True Black Hand, is a very different organization. The TMR has infiltrated the Black Hand/Lost Tribe, but their goals are completely opposed to each other.
From what I've heard, the name was inspired by it; there are quite a few different organizations who have taken that name in the past, including the True Black Hand the Tal'Mahe'Rah.
