  • Which two are most important to you?
    1. Quality
    2. Customer Service
    3. Price
I know this is different than the usual cleaning videos, but this is an important topic for companies to know. I put a post out about this topic on here, but decided to make a short video in hopes that this could potentially help other companies reading others' feedback. Obviously, all three can be important, but we can't always have all three together when looking into a service based company. Do your research. join local groups on Facebook and ask for the "best" local business and see how it gets shared the most. look the company up on Google, Yelp, or check and see if they have a Facebook for viewing their reviews.
    Thank you for watching.

Definitely quality and customer service. Being well taken care of with great results makes me a lot more inclined to stick with a business than a low price. Anyone can compete using pricing, but not everyone can offer high quality work, and a positive experience.

That's the ticket. I agree. Both to me are equally important, but that's how I'd order then if I had to.

Sorry to be generic here, but everything about your business is intertwined with the customer service experience. What if this was viewed in a way where you examine which parts of your business practices create the best customer service experience, or at least what particular practice about your business creates the biggest chunk of the customer service experience pie? Is it the end result of your work, the website, the automated services, the in-person interaction, the speed, the ease of understanding the price breakdown, etc.?

All of the things you listed are important. Systems implemented can make you stand out because they can make it easier for the client, which would get lumped into the customer service part. Thank you for sharing.
