I just picked up a 2015 Mini Cooper Coupe S in Volcano orange, black top and black wheels, and with the "carbon" dash look. But I got it in a six speed because it makes the car a lot more fun. I love driving them because it's basically a go-kart! I love it!
Get a jcw that’s the real go cart. Had mine for 2 years
i have the 5 door version with the same engine. I'm very satisfied about it!

To get the best experience from the mini you need the normal s version with the manual transmission.
Paul can I make a suggestion for your videos? I love the videos and everything you do, but you take both hands off the wheel quite a lot, which when you're doing 70mph on a motorway talking about how the car handles cross-wind probably isn't the best idea!

If your looking for a daily run around with a bit of class may I suggest something like an E46 325/330ci.... They still look great, you have a six cylinder petrol BMW 👍🏻 and you'll pick up a clean for half nothing!!

I just wanted to comment on the "it understeers" thing
I´m 23 now, had my license since I was 18 always driven FWD front engined cars....
You only get understeer in them if you apply to much steering lock, to fast, too much brake input or gas in corners!
Way to get a fwd car around a corner is simple, brake use the light rear when breaking while turning into the corner to let the back step out lightly, apply more brake to get it out more, apply gas to straighten the car.
After the apex feed in the gas carefully, otherwise you will encounter understeer again ;-)
You always have to remember, the front wheels need to do so many things on these FWD cars you need to be gentle and precise with your inputs ;-)
Just like in a lambo :-P
Driving an FWD car might not be as much of a pleasure compared to other car build styles, but it can be dammn fast if you get it right ;-)
+unfound23 Lift off oversteer is not the quickest way around a corner in a FWD car....and you do not "brake while turning" in a FWD either. Brake before the corner...then apply power to let the car pull itself out of the corner. ;)

Why don't you consider trying out a VW Golf! I got a 2015 1.8 TSI and to be honnest, it's pretty damn impressive when you drive it manual! You can also get to the GTI pretty quick with not a huge price difference!!! Amazing car and is an Audi pretty much...

Yeah aha I looked at the S badge on the vid before this one and thought it had at least 200bhp then it sounded like a diesel in this vid so I looked up the specs and its got a 168bhp diesel, yes it could be plucky with that much power in a little car but not crazy amount
Tom Forrest yes. But remember horsepower doesn't have to do with quickness, HP is just top speed. Normally diesels have a lot of torque, which is what makes a car quick off the line.
Would be curious to see how much torque it has.

Yeah obviously you wont be blown around on the motorways. The car itself is heavy compared to the smart car. If you haven't yet notice, when you close the door on this car, you can actually feel the weight of it. I used to own minis, Japanese cars and several other German made cars. I find German cars are better made, sturdier but the weight is there. Japanese cars are light more agile but they aren't so great on motorways. You can feel the car move quite a bit more compared to German cars.

It's hard to get into the maxi coopers. seriously, the whole xuv thing is getting out of hand- the damn brand name is "MINI".. which happens to mean small. I don't care how much power they give it or how big the tires are- I'm sure it handles at speed just fine. It's not a small light car though- that's what I want a mini to be.

I lost count of the numerous wraps on his R8 😂 I think the last-shizzly-wrap was a Blue one. But there is a green chrome superlaggera roaming around London, and he should make it somewhat like that.
