This recipe is 100 years old, my grandmother from France taught me. Me and my family love this bread. Simple and tasty. YOU WON'T BELIEVE HOW FAST AND TASTY IT'S MADE! EVERYONE CAN COOK IF THEY HAVE FLOUR, WATER, MILK AT HOME Simple and delicious 😋

Cooking recipe and ingredients:
200 ml of warm water.
200 ml of warm milk.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
8 g dry yeast.
Mix well, cover and leave for 5 minutes until the yeast dissolves.
1 egg.
Separate the yolk from the protein.
Cover the yolk with cling film for later use.
Add protein.
90 ml of vegetable oil.
Mix well.
600 g of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Add another 100 g of flour.
Now keep mixing.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
The dough should be medium soft.
Roll into a large ball.
Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil.
Cover and set aside in a warm place for 40 minutes.
The dough rose well.
Divide into 3 parts.
Roll them into a ball.
Leave for 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough.
Roll up.
Fasten the edges.
Place on parchment.
Leave for 15 minutes.
Lubricate the surface with milk.
Make cuts with a knife.
Flour.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/360°F for 35-40 minutes.
This is a very tasty recipe, I definitely recommend trying it.
