This might be my favorite CGB video ever. A genius way to show how overpowered a color combination is and at the same time utterly hilarious. I laughed non-stop while watching and I even enjoyed the singing, I myself sometimes have an unstoppable urge to sing even when it annoys everyone else. My one problem with this video was the title spoiling the surprise, but I mean I understand that you had to do that for the views.

Agree with almost everything. However, I feel the surprise is learning what is in the deck as he goes along game to game. You would have seen that he's playing 250 cards right away in game 1.

I miss when Simic was just this weird underdog that tried to play mutants and slap +1/+1 counters on them.

Original simic was amazing flavor wise, well original ravnica as a whole was :D I still have a simic deck which is based on +1 counters and it is pretty good!
@@FlopGaze Same, I had a lot of fun with my Master Biomancer deck back in the day. A neat little Simic deck that's pretty mild compared to Nissa's Infinite Fractal Jellyfish Agent Bomb.
@@FlopGaze I revived my Simic Ascendency deck with Hydra's Growth. It's been pretty effective.
@@Thickolas My agent bomb was master biomancer, with some monsters with graft so I can steal them with cytoplast manipulator. Also fathom mage + forgotten ancient is pretty neat card draw combo.

@@MrAlfredDM yes, you can have any number of cards in your deck as long as you can shuffle it on your own (without anybody's help)

Just imagine how amazing this deck would have been with 4 copies of Oko! And if you had Veil of Summer all that removal aimed at you? Nonexistent. Not to mention starting each game with Once Upon a Time. We were so close to perfect Simic deck... If not for all the bans.
I think these cards should be legal if your deck contains 250 cards :D

@@anlharunerkan7870 I am also surprised that he did not choose the Teferi avatar. Also aggro players tend to emote throughout the whole match. Whenever someone says hello before the first mana is played I am 95% sure that it is an aggro deck.

I trimmed out 2 Nyxbloom, 1 Ugin, 1 Cavalier, 1 Thassa, Added 3 spark doubles and 2 teferi's timetwist because I figured maybe it'd pop up at the right times for me.
3/0 so far.
I think everyone should slightly personalize this deck and run it the next few days. Rock solid and I don't see the meta catching up.

I think the lands animated by Nissa are still colourless, so saccing the Alseid wouldn't help opponent.

250 cards is genius imo, because one of the most effective ways to beat hydroid/uro ramp is to have them draw themselves to death.
I laughed so hard at the "What a lying piece of garbage" Mono Red not playing red.
I found out the card limit after clicking through 5,000 cards by putting every cards i own in a deck. the lag at the end was insane
Sometimes I feel stupid. Over the last months I've been refining my Simic decks and taking out and bringing in cards on an almost daily base - always trying to find the best deck which stil includes some of my favourite but surely not best cards.
Why did I never think of making a 60+ cards deck? Magic is so easy - if it wasn't for the players ;-)
