Having a doula is going to make your experience so much better. Having someone there who knows the ins and outs and has your back. Amazing. I was never able to get a doula for any of my pregnancies. But I hear they are amazing.
Alexa you are so sweet, try not to worry,it's very normal. Keep thinking your mom, your grandma and her mom went threw delivery , you can too!!! I kept telling myself that. When you start to go into labor , focus and breath. For now maybe you should take up crocheting, or knitting it's very relaxing. the third trimester is a little hard. At the end it's hard to sleep. The anxiety is normal. The nesting is real. Nobody is ready to be a parent until the baby gets here. You two are sooo cute. ❤️

Watching your marriage strengthen is amazing even more so that you share it.
Nesting is something we all did. I use to practice with a baby doll changing diapers on the diaper chang table to warm I g the bottles and then to crib. Now that’s some nesting!! Hahaha. I got a Lazy Boy for the second baby or was a the best gift to myself EVER! I nursed both babies until they were six months.
You and Matt are such an awesome couple! Royce will be one lucky little boy to have you as parents. Stay calm and rest Alexa …you’ll need it before the bay comes.

Then my craving for outback (had the need for bloomin onion) and my silly husband didn’t do call ahead seating. I literally cried walking out of the place. I was also 6 days late! Trust me- you’re doing great. This is all normal. Enjoy these last weeks!

Listen guys,babies have been born for years with basics for years.We stress over every gadget that Amazon says we need.You two are going to be AMAZING parents! That being said ,there are some things that do make life easier with a new baby.A glider rocker with a glider footstool is a must if you intend to nurse,along with a nursing pillow.When you do go into labor,a big exercise ball to sit on will open your pelvis,and have Matt get three new tennis balls,put them in a man's new tube sock.Have Matt rub that on your lower back during labor. It sounds like you had a rough irritable bowel syndrome episode.No worries.Actuallu going through some rough issues now will only make you stronger! Sending prayers!
You are overwhelmed and you must be feeling like you are loosing control of things (which is so normal) you can’t control all the changes in your body and think about it you can’t control everything about the birth, yes you can plan but you can’t control and that’s scary. It’s normal girl and the good part is you will survive all of this with a beautiful baby!! Worries won’t go away, you have never done this before!! Just acknowledge your fears & keep your focus. There is no turning around (the birth thing) it will happen and you will get through it. What I planned for my first child changed very quickly but guess what I had two more children after that!!! When you are overwhelmed do what you need to do for yourself, everyone will understand. You are rocking this and you are spectacular!!

That being said ,there are some things that do make life easier with a new baby.A glider rocker with a glider footstool is a must if you intend to nurse,along with a nursing pillow.When you do go into labor,a big exercise ball to sit on will open your pelvis,and have Matt get three new tennis balls,put them in a man's new tube sock.Have Matt rub that on your lower back during labor. It sounds like you had a rough irritable bowel syndrome episode.No worries.Actuallu going through some rough issues now will only make you stronger! Sending prayers!
You are overwhelmed and you must be feeling like you are loosing control of things (which is so normal) you can’t control all the changes in your body and think about it you can’t control everything about the birth, yes you can plan but you can’t control and that’s scary. It’s normal girl and the good part is you will survive all of this with a beautiful baby!! Worries won’t go away, you have never done this before!! Just acknowledge your fears & keep your focus. There is no turning around (the birth thing) it will happen and you will get through it. What I planned for my first child changed very quickly but guess what I had two more children after that!!! When you are overwhelmed do what you need to do for yourself, everyone will understand. You are rocking this and you are spectacular!!

I am so happy you are feeling better Alexa. I would have been even more worried about you if you would have posted not feeling well. Women also gave birth on the trail they would get off the horse have the baby then get back on with their newborn. You are both going to be such great parents.
