For today's easy recipe, we will be making kitshinta with glutinous flour. But, this is not just any regular kutsinta! This is "pang negosyo" (or for business) kutsinta! I cannot wait to share this recipe with you!

Ingredients:
3 cups warm water
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 pouch or 1 tbsp anato powder
1 cup starch or tapioca
1/4 cup glutinous flour
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp lye water

This is the best recipe. I tried several but i didnt like them and this is the one i remember growing up, the taste and the texture. I am so thankful i came across this video. Welcome. I just want to add sa comment ko everyone should stick to this recipe because eventhough i put it in the refrigirator for several days soft and chewy pa rin siya unlike other recipe it gets hard. Thankful talaga sa recipe mo. Sana puto naman

ola feliciano as long as its starch , yes you can use it but if that is cassava flour it's a bit different to tapioca starch but you can experiment. I never tried it.

I've tried many kutsinta recipe pero failed talaga ako sa 3 cups, inaabot ng 30 mins. Enough po ba ang 15 mins para maluto? Kase nagbabawas ako water kase matubig pa sya. So nakita ko malapot sya Kaya siguro perfect ang kutsinta mo.
Kapag kulo na ang tubig sa steamer, kailangan pagkahalo ng mabuti sa mixture ilagay sa molder at ilagay agad sa steamer. Kasi tumitining siya at ang water ang nasa ibabaw .

@@LVEasyCooking pwede po baking soda 1 tsp lye = 2 tsp baking soda. Try nyo po. Nakita ko po ito sa ibang recipe at natry na din, ok lng naman.
