Ever wish you could have an inexpensive exploding target for your firearm practice, without the cost and danger of a Tannerite-like target? How 'bout powdered sugar in a balloon whose reaction that even this 11-year-old can enjoy with the aid of a bb gun!
1. Using a funnel, pour just a tablespoon or
so of powdered sugar into a balloon.
2. Inflate the balloon, and tie it.
3. Shake the balloon to coat its inside with
the powdered sugar.
4. Mount your target.
