I've been a UAW vehicle test driver for General motors for the last 13 years. Been beating the hell out of the C-8 for about 7 years at the GM proving ground. Love the car. The all wheel drive works great in snow under 4 inches

How’s the ZR1 doing in test driving?
What is the power train setup?
How much horsepower are we looking at?
What’s the MSRP STARTING AT?
Can you answer these questions or are you prohibited from doing so? (Which I imagine is the case?)
If you can answer this? How long until the ZR1 comes out?
(I am #1 at my local dealership for an ERAY #3 for a ZO6, but could be awhile for ZO6 allocation to come thru…. I have a 2022 HTC, plan to keep the Stingray, but want another C8. Time is not on my side. I’ve been battling Pancreatic Cancer since being diagnosed in 2018. Had a Whipple Operation and started Chemo in August 2019. I’ve responded well to treatment, but it’s still an unknown as to how much time I may have. So I probably will move to get an ERAY and try to enjoy it as best I can.
I have rough days mostly with the side effects, but when I feel good and the weather is nice, I try to drive the C8.
It’s a great car and I’m not going to be able to spend my retirement money I’ve saved over my 33 years as a LEO. I retired in 2010 and I think my wife is allowing me to have something to live for, a goal to work towards.
Luckily, we have sufficient funds for retirement. She’s still working and has a good income.
If production of the ZR1 isn’t that far away, I would try to wait. Or, I’ll just get an ERAY, enjoy both the Stingray and ERAY, and if I’m still around, see if I can get the ZO6 or ZR1.
Who knows how much time I have?
So to everyone, enjoy the things you have, but the best thing to do, enjoy your family and friends as often as you can. They are the things that you have that mean the most!!! Love them and tell them that!
I have mixed feeling, though lot of features are standard GM will increase the price of stingrays substantially
Do you think tht will raise the value of used C8s any if the base prices of the new ones go up? Just received my stingray 3 days ago....

I've heard that ordering of the ERay will take place September 5th
September 5th is when they will start being built.
That’s my birthday September 5th but I don’t think I will buy an ERay because I already have a 3lt with z51 so I think I’m good also I don’t really like hybrids or electrics but it still sounds pretty cool also I know someone who wants one so if they get it I’ll check it out!

not a lot of miles for a 2019, I have a c7 ZO6 75k and going up, My C6 has 121k and is still a outstanding car.
Was hoping that GM would introduce the Z06/Eray short/base rear wing spoiler for the stingray

@BrinkofSpeed Sorry. I'm trying to learn more about Corvettes. My husband has a 2023 Stingray with a Z51 package. The ERAY for next year just surprised me. He then informed me, AFTER I had written you, that the news about the ERAY had been out for quite some time. Thank you for your time.
