Luca Simonetti I think it us Sami Kuoppamäki, who is in fact very much a metalhead, but also a good session drummer. He played a good deal of the songs on Stratovarius' Dreamspace album. Also he had his own metal band called Kingston Wall ;)
In the Czech Republic is the only not-underground metal Nightwish(with Anette,Tarja is "strange")and still it's considered as something unusual and for somebody still "too heavy".OK,maybe it's overstated,but here rules hip hop and pop(not really good pop but more important is popularity,not quality).They discriminate some genres.But if you know where to find metal on the radio or TV,it's easy.Yesterday there was Helloween on TV and I was really shocked.I just discovered this programme :D
