I think one should compare the life of old Indians in India and when they go to usa. America may be good for hale, hearty and you g people, but not Indians who have health concerns it is more mechanical life where people have to work Monday to Friday. Week ends are catered for doing laundry, house maintenance and may be visiting near by friends and relatives. Please note doctors are not available as you like and difficult to buy medicines without prescription. Be careful elderly people when you visit US
Advantages are there in both the worlds (developed and developing). Most important difference is not even visible. Clean air. Air quality index below 50 in USA, the same is above 150 on an average in India.
Quality of all material (food or drinks and other materialistic comforts) available are certainly better in some foreign countries.
India has many advantages as well. Family, friends, culture, spirituality...... many. Especially for elders there are advantages in Indian social life. The cost of health insurance is unbearable in foreign with Indian earnings/savings.
It is for us to create comfort zone for ourselves (within India or foreign). Indeed all of us do.
Those who have opportunity to enjoy both the worlds may enjoy. 😂

Everything is driven by the strength of economy. Particularly employment scenario. US economy is on the decline. Big numbers are returning. Indian economy is on upsurge.
