No, you cannot enter the Express Entry pool without a valid IELTS result AND WES evaluation, because you will need to upload your IELTS result and WES in order to create an express entry profile and enter the pool. Yes, you can. When you are creating your Express Entry profile, you will be asked whether you want to be considered for Provincial Nomination in any of the provinces, I advise you indicate YES for all the provinces. And yes, you can try the AIP route even though you are already in the Express Entry pool.

@@aladelateefat9263 the most important thing you need note about the proof of funds is that the money has to be in your bank account for *at least six months* and it should be equal to or more than the required amount (based on the size of your family) as shown on the Canadian govt website.

The Federal Skilled Trades Program is for you. It is the permanent residency pathway for unskilled/trades workers. You can also look into Rural Immigration pilot.

I received a text message from SINP early this month, December, via my email, asking me whether I have settlement funds for at least three months, that is, 90 days. I applied for PR for a healthcare job in July 2023 through SINP, and my score is 67 points. Is there any chance for me to receive an invitation letter from Saskatchewan?
The fact that SINP reached out to you, following up, asking you if you have settlement funds, is evidence that they are considering your earlier application, and there is a strong possibility that you could get a nomination letter from them. I encourage you to respond.

If by "nomination" you mean, Provincial Nomination, then there's no need for you to retake the IELTS.

To the best of my knowledge, you can submit an Islamic marriage certificate. It is accepted by IRCC.
