Mujhe aapki takleef sun kar afsos hua. Aapko anal fissure ka ilaj ke liye kuch gharelu totkay aur medication ke mashwaray dein gi. Ye aap operation ke baghair bhi aram pa sakti hain.
1. **Diet ka khayal rakhein**: Zyada se zyada pani piyen (kam az kam 8-10 glass rozana) aur fiber se bharpoor ghiza lein jaise sabziyan, phal (khas tor par papita), aur dalien. Ye aapki stool ko naram rakhne mein madad karein gi.
2. **Warm water bath (Sitz bath)**: Rozana 2-3 dafa garam paani ke tub mein 10-15 minute tak bethne se dard mein aram milta hai aur zakhm theek hone mein madad milti hai.
