Да, отличная от нормальной и приемлемой хотя бы по условиям труда.
Good to see that they can make even one piece too with minimal setting time. Formerly I have worked in a sheet metal industry where we too were manufacturing DB. We had limited press and die set and everytime we had to change die set for each operation (though we were making 200-300pieces per setting). Also we had stoppers while bending. And MIG welding, belt sander for grinding. The main drawback of the sheet metal industry is the superficial cuts on hands at the end of the day, which we realize when we have spicy dinner with hand, it burns. One small mistake in setting while bending gets reflected on all pieces and the welder/assembler will have hard time to assemble at 90deg (frame corners). And other adjustments while attaching the door.

Chinese factories routinely produce the best electrical and electronic goods in the world for top brands, to whichever configuration and specification they are asked to!

The gauge of steel being used to make these cabinets is excessive for the requirement, and I doubt that its required to be that gauge by legislation so presumably it's just what's available.
The only reason that they make them this way is because they can't make them any better.
@@felixcat9318 You are right, the Chinese have honed the skill of manufacturing to the customer price point better than the west is able to do. From China you can have any quality that you are prepared to pay for but if you want cheap then quality will have to be compromised but they are happy to oblige where as a US or EU company is basically unable to make low cost as their quality control is not able to be turned down low enough.

Same way you have neglected to wash your hands at least once after using the bathroom, it is a considered risk. Their risk profile is simply different to yours because of the environment they live in. Lack of knowledge also skews the risk profile because the new guy may not realise that the welding arc causes lasting eye damage. If they had to choose between a months food and a pair of safety shoes while living on the breadline then the choice is easy.
Also it is easy to forget that the west has been exploiting the third world for as long as they have been interacting and this has resulted in the massive disparity between the standards of living. It is silly to think that simply geographical location and choice of government (all too often externally influenced) can be the only reason that a colonial country with massive natural reserves is poorer and less developed than the west. This is simple systematic inequality and nothing to be proud of in the west.

Besides working without eye glasses and safety shoes, welder is welding without a helmet and no mask for powder coater either ... just saying. Otherwise nice work.

First time I have seen some workers like these with closed in shoes. No welding helmets so bad welding flashes there but hey! each to their own.

They should have prepared templates not to measure all the time with the tape.
Yes they do so but for video they tell us the whole process
They are made to order. Based on what you need for your house so every box is unique. I got a much larger one made for an office building here in Pakistan according to my requirements.
