I used to be married to an abusive man and everything would set him off... so I was constantly "editing in my head" to not make him angry... and he would still get angry and tell me to hurry up and say what I was going to say. I wish people (and media) would just focus on the FACTS. 1. The police didn't even have enough evidence to secure a warrant 2. There was no evidence presented during the interrogation 3. his test was negative 4. He volunteered to show up and have his hair pulled just to clear his name. He didn't need to give them anything. He didn't even need to do any interviews but he did.
This is essentially a trial by media and since there's no real evidence they are trying to disparage him based on other things like his attitude, his body movements, facial expressions, etc. Even the car he drives and the clothes he wore is an issue.

I have epileptic seizures, and I have lots of aura/dejavu and I do see a bit of myself in his mannerisms and body language. I am not saying he has what I have, but I do see something that may be affecting his nervous system. I do hope it is not drugs so he can rub this in everyone's face. Wow-he made the Noir3 sell out!! It would have been much better if Police would have arrested him, questioned him and drug tested him, then released this info detailing no drug use although cooperating with police. As for BMW, all big corps try to protect their brands, I am sure legal contract would have said stay clean protect images or sponsor ship is terminated. That is a interesting observation. He's playing Galaxy Chess (prob 4 dimensional at that) and the police are stuck with checkers. I think your idea about this makes sense with the way he was talking. He's playing 2 games at the same time and can't get the dialogue confused between the two. He can't give away the pieces he has on board for either game.
