the throughput is only providing 50 MB which can create some issues with some internet websites, it doesn't matter if you have a 1000 MB fiber circuit the router is only able to provide 50 MB. The fix you need is to have a better router that is able to deliver more throughput. The switches are not the problem each port is able to provide up to 1000 MB per port.

Normally, network throughput is measured in Megabits per second or Mb/s. When you quote MB that means Megabytes
