I feel Sorry for O'Halloran, he was my favorite CSU technitian
For real
His exit was heartless
I met him at the airport otw to Brazil back in 2019. And said to him man I was pissed they killed off his characte. And he started laughing. Down to earth dude. He got a new film coming out soon.
Facts, he was a side character done to perfection. You got to know just enough about him throughout the seasons he was in and he was very likable. Easy on the eyes too, if I can be honest lmao.
Really?? I actually really liked the black guy from the first few seasons.
I still remember this episode. I remember being blown away and shock at the plot twist. I was so hurt when stuckey killed ohalloran
Me too, I hated that he was killed off.
Yup. I like O’Halloran.
But I’m sad O’halloron died
When I saw the video picture I’m not kidding I literally screamed, “ IS THAT MICKEY MILKOVICH?!?!?!?? “
Thank god I thought I was going crazy when I didn’t see any other comments
I’ve seen that episode so many times w/o knowing that was Mickey from Shameless. Until a couple of years ago
Literally the whole reason I clicked the video
“You’re a murderer who walked on a technicality” is a quote that guarantees that he’ll never be charged for that crime again.
Can you elaborate? Genuinely curious why you say that.
@@mohammedel-ashkar8825 Double Jeopardy. You can't be charged for the same crime twice, so they couldn't bring him to court again for them.
You don't understand double jeopardy. Double Jeopardy applies when there is a verdict. A case being dismissed is not a verdict and what the judge says after the case is dismissed has no effect on if the case can be brought to trial later. In this case if they found more evidence the defendant could absolutely be charged again for this crime because they were never acquitted.
OJ is dead
@@dansmith6572this isn’t about double jeopardy. It’s about prejudicing the jury. By publicly calling the defendant a murder, the judge effectively decided that an innocent man is guilty. (And yes, in the eyes of the law, the man is innocent because of the whole innocent until proven guilty thing). So for a judge to just publicly decide he’s guilty pretty much guarantees that if this case was ever retried, the defense attorney would immediately demand a mistrial with prejudice since it would be virtually impossible to find a jury that is not prejudiced because a judge already publicly called him guilty. It would a slam dunk case for a mistrial with prejudice that guarantees it’s dismissed as adjudicated
I was shocked when i first saw it was Stuckey and he basically tried pinning it on the insane guy. I kinda felt like if they didn’t mention the mosquito, O’Halleran would still be alive
I always knew Stuckey was up to something devious even with a murder. That's a shocking moment.
The John and Gwen scene, brief as it is, is such a great insight into John Munch.
The great Carol Kane is always an asset.
a nice connection to her character who first appeared on Homicide
Also the reunion from Homicide series
He had 3 ex wives
LOL at him being grayed in the thumbnail 😂
Noel Fisher did great as Stuckey here.
@@mikebasil4832well he’s been in prison for the last 15 years so idk how they’ll do that. The writing of the last several seasons has been hot garbage.
He's always great. Love him in every role 😊❤
Noel Fisher is honestly great everywhere
Agreed he is a great actor in any role.
@@skyofthelivingdead
Same as detective Chester Lake
Didn't expect him to be a killer. He was clever, have to give him that. The suspect was still very lucky to get off.
He didn’t, he still killed the first girl and kidnapped her son and tried to kill two police officers, he was also sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
I loved when Judge Donnelly was on the show. Judith Light is an amazing actress
They should have had Tony Danza as a bailiff
She was garbage, especially on this episode, which is how she treated Stuckey, which is why Stuckey did what he did to her. Have a good day!
O'Halleran dying genuinely blew me away the first time I saw it, I genuinely yelled out
Still not over it 🥺 sister peg haunts me too
This is my favourite episode. Im still gutted that ohalloran died the plot twist actually raised my blood pressure 🙏🏾😭
Can never forgive how they murked O'Halloran for this plot. ALSO foreshadowing at 1:19 where Stuckey's eyes flash towards Benson, and at the end of the episode, Benson subdues Stuckey by seducing him and it's really funny because she's basically just shitting on Elliot for like two minutes and then kicks Stuckey swiftly in the balls 🤣🤣
Good catch
I thought Elliott kicked him from behind right into her fist
@@PeteSanctions dude it's been five years at least since i watched the episode 😭 GUESS THAT MEANS WE GOTTA REWATCH IT 🤪
How could they NOT suspect Stuckey? Alarm bells go off every time hes onscreen. If this were a Scream movie hed be the top suspect
Due to his overt clumsiness with his words and actions, the squad assumed Dale was more of an annoyance than a danger. They tried to tolerate him, yet he always screwed up in spite of his noble intentions. And Stabler in particular, was literally reaching the end of his tether with him. Ultimately Stuckey's desperation reached to the point where he became a monster, thus he failed himself and his colleagues.
They didn't suspect Stuckey because he wasn't that person, until he snapped because he got tired of being treated like garbage for no reason! Have a good day!
@@terryknight5869 he was always that person. The type that would shoot up their school because they weren't appreciated. I'm just amazed seasoned detectives couldn't see it right in front of them
@@terryknight5869Be for real, there's a reason he was treated like garbage
@@terryknight5869 People don't turn into psycho killers just because their co-workers don't treat them well.
This episode cuts me deep, especially because I watched it when it aired and I was not expecting this outcome whatsoever! I liked O'Halloran and Stuckey, thought they made a good team even though Stuckey was young and immature. The ending still haunts me a little.
the fact that Stuckey went straight to kill O'Halloran but didnt bother deleting the evidence of his crime and let stabler find it only to attack him and get back at him just goes to show his fatal flaw. His Carelessness and mediocrity led him to make huge messes. He didnt need to involve Stabler in his mess. He could have gotter away with it if only he had prioratized
That was Stuckey's downfall unfortunately, especially when he told Olivia that Elliot went out for Sushi, and she knew he was never a raw fish person.
My thing is how we’re they going to explain the body
O'Halloran did not deserve to die
Mickey was always a menace
This was a intense case, man, Stuckey was a madman at the end (Murder between the technics)
And all he wanted from his arc was respect, which he never got. No wonder he went crazy.
@@StarFighters76 Yep, at the point to be a serial killer
@@StarFighters76and he deserved none. Respect is earned with hard work and diligence. The whole point of his job is to collect and maintain evidence by the book so the prosecutors can put away the criminals. He made some good calls and discoveries I’ll give him that, but he failed at going by the book, allowing a murderer to walk free. He was too emotional, contaminated evidence and most importantly, he never learned to do things the correct way. So no one respected him cause he was an unreliable colleague
@@StarFighters76 He didn't want respect, he wanted admiration. Remember when he tipped the media off to one of SVU's investigations then when they found the body of a child he celebrated? He thought his job was gonna make him one of those celebrity medical examiners like you see on TV shows (ha) and reality was not what he expected.
Stuckey needs a chance to make himself useful, but he turns against those that made him feel bad about his work. No wonder he went psycho on those that betrayed him.
I fucking loved Judge Donelly. Her absolute elegance, professionalism and sass. She was the best judge on SUV. All the others were in some degree, corrupted.
Angela who's the boss
One of the best twists in Law & Order: SVU was Stuckey.
I feel so bad for stuckey , they always looked down on him. After so much bullying he finally snapped. Olivia was the only one that was nice to him. Shows when he said "i dont want to hurt you to"
He was a psycho to begin with. He enjoyed the horrific scenes he had to work on. No one wants to work with people that take brutalized victims lightly.
he didnt “just snap” you weirdo. he was always mentally not right.
He was a creep.
Stabler talking about framing, then the Blondie gets in the frame, perfect
“People take your meds”
Lmao
Man, this must have been a PR nightmare in the L&O universe.
He was fucking everyone up the whole episode 😂
Does anyone want to see Stuckey again? I do!!!
Yeah, sure. Maybe Liv could visit him in prison trying to get info. on another perp. Of course, he won't trust or listen to a single word she has to say because she tricked him, but it'd be nice to see Stuckey again after all these years.
Same
How would they bring him back though?
@@omarcogle1965 Escapes during a prison transport? 🤔
@@captainsteroid2454 Or him coming across Henry Mesner.
THIS IS MY FAVORITE EPISODE!!!!
Rory’s grandma and mickey 😭😭
Love this episode, one of my favorites.
3:25 “the chocolate helps the pill go down. Bye bye boys, have fun storming the castle.”
This episode stuck with me, they did good, I was so shocked and hurt....Great plot.
The way the judge said to take your meds 😂
his sentencing was a cover up... he went on Witness protection, moved to Southside Chicago where he met his current husband Ian Gallagher and lived happily ever after
lol 🤣
Was the judge in the first bit Judith Light from Who's the Boss?
Yep!
Yes
Indeed
She’s beautiful!
She also played the DA for a while.
I actually really liked Stuckey. I mean you gotta admit, he was really trying hard to earn Liv and Elliot's friendship and praise. He didn't mean to almost always screw up and be annoying like 24/7. He might've turned out to be a murderer in the end, but I always thought and think he's pretty cool.
Enjoy your lonely island
He strikes me as the type to have borderline personality disorder. People with that condition take it personally when you don’t want to be their friend
The shameless and gilmore girls mashup 😊
Who else could see the twist from a light year away
when i saw the episode i was really wish this twist woul´d happen. he seem a nice character, happy, positive and charismatic.
Not me
Chubby Checker.
Not when I saw it originally. He had appeared on the show and this was really left field for a few mistakes.
Mickey is blond
Go tell Max Keeble about that big move
Or Toad from "X-Men: Evolution".
Honestly I always thought it was kinda silly how they handled Stuckey’s transition from being merely a nuisance to a full blown psychopath. It’s like they were looking for any way to get rid of his character and BINGO - what better way than to make him a psycho. It was a tad hard to swallow for me, but maybe that’s just me lol 🤷🏿♂️🤷🏿♂️🤷🏿♂️🤷🏿♂️🤷🏿♂️🤷🏿♂️🤷🏿♂️
I agree
The irony is that could’ve been apart of his character arc! Think about, the most notorious psychopaths walk among us like regular people every day and you won’t know they’re a psycho until they show you
This ending was insane
“Is everybody crazy today?” Underrated 😂
Oh mickey
I think at least 5 or more cast members from Shameless have been on law and order svu
Wait what??? I know about Jeremy Allen White (Lip), Noel Fisher (Mickey), and Ethan Cutkosy (Carl) but do you know who else?
"I can't get the window open"
Uhh, you have a gun. C'mon!
Stucky is just a little more enthusiastic than Stabler. Quite ironic.
Mickey Milkovich and Emily Gilmore in one episode of Law and Order 🤩
Still one of my favorite episodes ever
Watching this episode now. They did NOT make Mickey Milkovich a cop. That is literally the last person on Earth that would be a cop. 😭😭😭
Edit: Andddd there’s the Mickey we know and love…
1:02 man, I've wanted to say that online but was afraid of the backlash
First the Boss, now a judge. ❤
Stuckey was a lunatic and so quirky he was toooooo much and Elliot cudnt stand him o Halloran was such a good character
For a second I thought that was Kurt Cobain in the beginning 😭 lmao
🎶🎶It’s time for… the daily Law and Order clip🎶🎶
That little blade must have been made from vibranium to slide thru the sternum that easily 🤔
Nah, it was made of plotonium.
My money is that it's made from mithril
Actually it’s made from whogivesafuckium
Stuckey was so arrogant. He didn’t even bother to say sorry for his mistake. He just kept saying I didn’t do anything wrong.
Is that Emily Gilmore representing Stuckey?!
I felt back for Stuckey. He just wanted to belong. It’s sad that he went to such insane lengths to make things right, though.
You want to be liked by people? Don’t get up into them and stop having so much pride in what you do in ear shot of people and don’t talk all high mighty about yourself. Admitting you have negative qualities about yourself is one way
Another way is being humble about yourself.
I did not see the ending coming
I.....Totally did NOT see that twist coming. Like at all.
Hey that Mickey from "Shameless!" 😱
Oh goddd the Munch ex wife appearance.
This guy is a pychopath and a genius ❤
mrs. emily gilmore what are you doing here???
Mickey Milkovich strikes again 😂
Idk how they didn't think it was him 😂😂😂
What sucks is that they have to frame the guy to try and get him locked up.
I remember this episode i thought stuckey was weird but i didn't suspect he was that twisted i didn't see the twist coming and i felt bad for o'holloran i liked him
This feels more like an episode of Columbo or Poirot.
This is when the show jumped the shark.
0:48 - 0:52 was judge Donnelly was savage
I didn’t know Mickey milkovich was in this movie!
As much as I hate using this line: I did not see that coming
Stuckey turned into Mickey real quick
MICKEY FROM SHAMELESS!!!!!
I love her. The judge❤
Ngl, it is kinda cool that Noel Fisher's one of the guest stars in this show since I also know him for his voice roles like Toad from X-Men Evolution and Mikey from the 2014-16 TMNT movies which I enjoyed as guilty pleasures lol.
Dale Stucky is a bad boy.
He also in "The Mentalist" right? In last 2 seasons. As a computer guy in FBI
1:10- What, is Elliot a grammar teacher now?
TROY MCGINTY?!?
They couldn't have made it more obvious even if they tried, i never would've guessed if it had been any other cop.
Is that mickey?!!!!!
He’s a psychopath
Love seeing Emily Gilmore in this 😂
So, Angela is a Judge. Lucky Toni.😉
Love Judith Light
Is that you Mickey
emily gilmore what are you doing here?😂
whats my man mickey doing here 😭
Buddy is a menace to reality no matter the series.
Carol Cane. She was at her best with Andy Kaufman.lol. Telling my age here.
How the hell did a Milkovich get into the police department without being arrested?
Ian come get your man he's goin cray cray
Emily Gilmore and Mickey
surprised i havent seen any mickey comments
Judges who get their feelings hurt shouldn't get a robe
I felt for him too as stabler was so mean to him.
The idiot is disliked for good reason. He’s a complete headache
oldsk00l😳
I see Mickey and i click lol Stuckey unalive that hot ME :( 3:27 sad scene :(
