After suffering with migraines most of my life, 2 yrs ago a Physical Therapist diagnosed me with vestibular migraines and PPPD. He gave me some eye exercises and told me to follow a diet of no tyramine. That was it. I followed the basic diet for the first year. Then last January my VM's went into high gear. I have been searching for answers and guidance since then. I have followed a much stricter diet for the past four months, but the past two months have been horrible with the headaches and dizziness. It has been difficult to do my job. Then last week I fell and got a concussion which exacerbated the dizziness. I still got no real help from the PT and my doctor just wants to give me meds. I am so grateful to have found this. Understanding what is happening goes a long way, I am excited to get started on a healing journey.Thank you.

Thank you so much! I've been having vertigo, dizziness, and feel like im on a boat 😩 for 2 yrs now. I've been seen by 2 nuerologist, 2 E.N.Ts, audiologist and they all say I'm fine. I've been going to chiropractor care for adjustments and it's not helping. I told all the specialists I get fullness on my left ear and bam vertigo hits. Thank you thank you!

It’s quite the journey. I’m about to hit 3years. Physical/occupational therapists that know what they’re talking about really do help. I’m seeing the second ENT in a couple weeks. We got this!

I love this webinar, it had so much information in it. I recently signed up for the vestibular group fit and I feel like this was the missing puzzle piece in my vestibular journey. I have been dealing with my vestibular disorder for almost 9 years and recently found myself in a huge flare up with anxiety and panic, since joining this group I am starting to reclaim my confidence and feeling not only physically stronger, but mentally stronger than I have been in a long time. The support that I have received so far from the group and Dr. Madison has been amazing.

I've been told I have Orthostatic hypotension. I'm not sure if I agree.
If I'm vaccuming and my neck is tilted down slightly it can bring on symptoms. Not a dizziness, more of a feeling like I'm walking on a rotten, uneven floor🤷

I had a hemorrhagic stroke in 2018 and didn’t have dizziness/lightheadedness immediately after my stroke. Instead, I had sudden onset lightheadedness after waking one morning about two years after getting out of the hospital. I headed to ER and they gave me brain MRI to see if I had another bleed but neurologist didn’t see anything new. I still have lightheadedness two years later ever time I stand up or ride in a car for more than 15 min. Will this help me?
