Hi. After changing the motherboard (along with the camera that came with it), the AI camera stopped working on the X40 Ultra Complete - the identification of objects that are below the lidar does not work, which is why the robot constantly crashes into steel legs, wires and other small things. Previously, the robot took photos of things with their identification, but after replacing the board, this does not happen. Hi. After change the motherboard or AI camera, you need do the calibration on the tool, Only our agency in your country or your city have this tool. So I think it is better you can call to our agency in your country, then send your robots to their office to do the calibration. You can get their email or phone on the Dreame App.

My X40 Ultra does not clean alongside edges. Dreame Service said this is probably because of damaged LDS. They did repair it, but in the maintenance report I can see they only replaced "Motherboard and camera assembly-EU". For me, this does not sound like a solution to the problem. I expected them to replace a sensor, not the motherboard. Does this make sense to you @dreametech-robot ? I have not yet received the repaired robot, so can't test it myself.
@@matthiasherrmann3133 Hi. The LDS will upload the file to the motherboard. So I think they tested and confirm that the motherboard can't analyse the data from LDS. So they changed a new motherboard. The LDS works well actually.
@@dreametech-robot Received it back today. They really fixed it, the robot cleans everything perfectly now. But it does have a brand new problem: Collision avoidance doesn't work anymore. I resetted twice and tested with all combinations using AI avoidance and non AI avoidance. It doesn't recognize shoes nor tangled cables. It behaves like I completely disabled obstacle avoidance. Too bad :(

I've been using it through a Russian-run vpn, but the manufacturer (dreame) has locked it out of use.
