- This rich and vibrant mid green with luscious light green and gold shimmer, really evokes the emerald namesake. I don't really have anything like this mix in my collection, and if you are a fan of vibrant jewel tones, this is a winner. It is a very readable green with some shading that matches the lighter toned shimmer. Yummy.

Thanks for swatching, this is so helpful! I'm contemplating between this one and Brilliant Beanstalk for a friend as her (possibly) first green ink. May I ask how would you compare these two?
Hi, the Emerald Gardens ink is a true, vibrant green with green shimmer, it is really fresh and crisp compared to the Brilliant Beanstalk which is much more subdued and unsaturated with a more champagne leaning shimmer - they are very different. I would think that if she wants a very readable green then Emerald Gardens is a better choice, if she likes more understated, lighter inks then Brilliant Beanstalk is a winner.
