Plainville Square Kick Off

On June 29, 2024 diary of a Wimpy kid author Jeff Kinney, his wife, Julie, Plainville town Leaders, the Unlikely Strummers, Plainville pump, citizens of Plainville and beyond, and the Plainville Historical Commission all gathered in what is now referred to as Plainville Square to celebrate the kick off to the construction of a revitalization of Plainville center. A Gathering place which the likes of have not been seen for many years. As with many new beginnings, sometimes the old faces demolition. The memories and stories stick around long after the physical building no is gone, kept alive by those memories, by those stories, by the photos, and in the physical space, a new beginning a new future.
