I agree with you for the debt collection/late pay letters. You never know how folks will react when they are in financial distress.
Thanks for this Field Inspection video. I am a NP in California and will look into this. You are swell!
I'm starting my 3 hour course this week to become a commissioned Notary Public in PA and Field inspections is definitely a service I would like to add. Thanks for the info! I look forward to more videos from you.
Hello who are you doing your course with I’m in PA and I was looking into which one to use
Field Inspections are definitely going to be my next addition to my Notary business. Thank you for this!
Looking forward to the next video! Thank you so much for sharing your experience! Continue to stay safe & blessed!
They are called Field Visits and are frowned upon and pay the least for the reasons you listed. I just started and have done an exterior inspection and a vehicle exterior inspection. It's pretty interesting.
Certain companies definitely pay low. As low as $8 per job. However, there are some out there that pay well. I was just contacted by another company that pays between $75-$225 an inspection and I've already been offered two at $225. So it just depends.
@@christinel3036 If you don't mind e asking - What company were you just contracted with that pays that well?
Hello. What company pays that much?
We can and should negotiate with these companies to all help each other.
@@christinel3036 what companies ?!
I know it’s old video but I would love to learn about field inspections
I would like to hear more about this and also about notarize. Thanks so much for sharing.
Can you give us more on this ? How did you get into field inspections and do you have to learn anything. What’s the pay per inspection?

I felt the same way about becoming a process server.

Could you share the companies making $200
I’m interested in field inspection and I’m located in Texas … can you give more info on the companies you go through ?
Outstanding information. How did you find the the companies you are working for ? How many did you sign up with? How do they pay you one a week 1 month etc. Thank you and keep up the good work
Interested too.
Hello , I’m new to the industry just wondering what are some good companies to start with for field inspections ?
Can we get an update on your journey. Beautiful girl great video.
@christine L. Which company did you sign up with to get the field inspection assignments?
You’re so pretty 🤩 anyway thanks for the great info
I’m your 1,000 subscriber 😊
I would love to know what companies you are working for. I do a little fold inspiration work already. I do the ones where I tape a note to their door. I go when they are more likely no one's at home. I also mystery shop. I love to stay busy. I just became a notary
I did get contacted by a field inspection company and signed up. Please send me a list of companies you signed up with.
Thanks!
How much do you make each hour with Notarize? I just signed up with them
Can you share companies please ?
What are the companies?
Do they require for you to be a Notary Public to do inspections?
I'm starting this in San Antonio. Are there a support groups in Texas for us to talk & share info?
Do you do this under your notary LLC? I just got started with this but I’m not sure if it qualifies as notary work so idk if I should get a different ein for it. Thanks
@Mookie C - once you’re issued an EIN for business as self employed, you use the same for additional business you do, unless you decided to incorporate or create business with State. Consult with a local Cpa/tax advisor to make sure for your individual need. Have a blessed day!
Great info. I can see this being dangerous for anyone especially a women. Stay positive. New subscribe your almost to 1000 subs
Is there a special certification? or will just being a notary public suffice?
With gas prices making $8 is very low. How many $20 or more jobs are available?
Thank you! Do you have an email address or contact info you dont mind sharing? Im new to this and in Texas (Austin) and looking to network. And I love your videos. They keep me inspired because its been slow and hard to stay encouraged.
Strangely nobody ever says where these “Opportunities” come from I live in Maryland and have never seen contractors as field inspector they are almost all W2 workers. Just all seems like claims, also no company can legally say you cannot speak their name that’s live a violation of your first amendment rights. They maybe able to say you can’t speak the details on their business but even mentioning their name? Seems very strange. On a side note your makeup is A1
Hey Chris....funny ending on that (but true)! In any event, I too am in Maryland. I've been involved in field and notary work since 2013, as a 1099. You did mention "almost", so there's my disclaimer. I did Comcast collections as a W2 but let's not kid anyone, there was no employee relationship there, which sucked at tax time. That was my most profitable gig as far as hourly revenue was concerned but sadly Covid ended that permanently. But to get to my point on this post...today was my first ever trip to RUclips to look for field rep content and so far it's been very disappointing. I haven't watched them all yet so the jury's still out. Now, for all those interested folks who are curious to know who the big payers are in the unlicensed field service/agent/rep industry, don't be surprised if no one name drops. Why would they? Once you find that hard to find gem, you keep that under wraps. Sounds selfish but I don't need the competition. That said, there are definitely opportunities out there. The trick is finding them. Sure every now and then something does fall into your lap but more often than not you have to make the effort. Word of caution... it's not for everyone and most vids I've watched so far tend to oversimplify. So if you're looking to try your hand at this type of work, be prepared to deal with many bottom feeding companies who want a lot for nothing. After all, to be successful at these gigs, there is a skill set requirement and you need to be paid for that as well as being compensated for your expenses. I'm sorry if I offend anyone, these are my opinions and observations, and I am entitled to my opinion, as you are. Good luck to everyone!

No apology needed. Your honest & experienced opinion is appreciated.
I worked for a BPO company 15 years ago & liked the work, just not the company. So, I, like you, am trying to find info to get back into it, whether I'm in the field or on the administrative side, like before.
Insurance pays more.
Hi! Can you please share the companies?
You could be a model instead of this lol but thanks for the info
