- It's all 1961 Fender today, and starting with the guitar we have a beautiful original Stratocaster! The only changes to this guitar over the years has been a very high quality refret. A bit of wear but only what is to be expected, and this lightweight guitar really sings! Today we have Jay to tell you all about it before handing things off to Aaron Hiebert for a demo through a 1961 Twin that came to us from the Black Crows, and a 1961 Fender Reverb tank that has sold since we shot the demos.
For more information on the guitar or amp, please give us a call as they have recently arrived in our shop!
Music: The Hollers "Zeb" (Instrumental)
4:39 i love this song Electric Gypy ❤❤❤
Tasty Playing Aaron…those hardtails really sound amazing✅
Thank you!! I definitely agree with you, HT Strats sound great!
Man, Aaron Hiebert is an incredible player! I would be one happy man if I could play like him! Great job with my dream guitar and amp!
Thank you!! Appreciate the kind words. This is a dream guitar for me as well. Amazing SG!
Fantastic playing Aaron! You really can make any guitar sound good, but I think this might be the best demo yet! Awesome work!
Great to have Aaron back playing. As per the usual, well played, keep them coming.
:)
outstanding combination,as always aaron brings the heat
Thanks Aaron!!
I have a Fender Robert Cray signature series that is a copy of that guitar. I love it in every way, especially the hardtail.
I have one of those Robert Crays too. What sustain! I love it, can't put it down.
Love the sound of that.
Mr. Boone, You’re one hell of a good Salesman, the way you describe a Vintage Guitar Re-Fret, only you can do…🤘🏼👍❤️ That Axe and Amp are as bad ass as they come, The Black Crowes are one of the Greatest and Most Underrated Rock N Roll Jam Bands of ALL Time, IMO…🤘🏼🎤🎸
1961 ... The year I started seriously playing guitar. And that pickguard was actually white, to start with ... Stratocaster tuning problems are easily fixed by keeping that nut lubed. But a hardtail is very, very rare. I actually cannot remember ever seeing one. I have a friend who has a '58 hardtail and he says he much prefers that to a tremolo system ...
GREAT SOUNDING RIG! And so well demo'd!!
Young Azza is back! Sounding like the hiatus has had a step up to the gentleman’s prowess! Great playing Arron!
Nice combo too (by the way)!
👍🇦🇺
Thanks Shane!! :)

You’re welcome
Soooo good!
Sounds really good Really makes me want to put some real pre cbs pickups in my hard tail Great guitar Verb tank is the icing on the cake
Sounds Great! WooF!!
DREAM AMP
I *love* hard tail Fenders, and am surprised that so many prefer a standard trem.
I’ve literally made a business out of making custom hardtail strats. It’s my shop specialty. I think Fender does themselves a big disservice by not making it a standard option across their range.
It' s not necessarily the effect of a trem.system it' s the construction which influences the typical Strat sound too.
A hard tail is some kind of different.
But give me one of this and one of that.😊
Nice to hear Andy Timmons’s Electric Gypsy 👏
He stopped at the same spot I always do. Attempting the tap harmonics section is an exercise in discouragement lol.
Passes the surf vibe.
What was the very first song he played? I think I heard it a million times but can't recall the name.
Was that a Jason Isbell lick?
What's the second song? The one started right after Norwegian Wood.
Electric Gypsy
Damn nice slabber..
What's the second song?
Electric Gypsy-Andy Timmons
@@frankieconcepcion7860 Amazing tune. My guitar teacher showed me that one as a teenager, and I still haven't mastered it lol.
Lovely pieces, but only as good as Aaron's as ever inspired playing.
Thanks Rick!!! Much appreciated man!
Oh yeah, Norwegian Wood! :D
Where’s the reverb ?
I hear it now, it just wasn’t a lot
There is no high in the sound? So dull...?
Sounds mushy
