Having watched your videos all this time, this is the only I noticed that you're getting exhausted, especially after the fried ramen. Ingat (take care) and take some rest/break as well!

Ankake fried noodles that Frank san touched on is exactly that. It’s been around for ages and is normally categorized as a style of yakisoba rather than ramen. One can choose between crispy and stir fried soft noodles. Spot on.
i just came back from kitakyushu and the ramen was indeed fantastic. just a tip though 5 AM, i think you need to show how you finish the bowl and please explain how it tastes in your videos
Thanks for watching and I'm happy that you got up to Kita Kyushu! Regarding eating and filming, it's more about maintaining ramen etiquette..that is, finishing the ramen and then recapping outside is most polite (ramen shops don't want you to stay long or film and talk).
This one? We're visiting 3 of Fukuoka's BEST ramen shops...and they're wildly different! From fried ramen (seriously) to a foamy tonkotsu cappuccino. Was it anther one?

Feels like a stretch to call that second one a ramen 😂 first one looks insanely good! Do the bubbles actually change the flavour or is it only a visual difference?
It's tricky, as that second one technically still has ramen soup, noodles, and toppings! For the first one, I'd say that it's more visual and about texture.

Yes - chain restaurants and convenience stores in particular in the service industry. Ramen shops too 😊
The second one seems like a variation of HongKong style chow mein. Krispy noodles with a gravy on top.
True that! A lot of these dishes are greatly inspired by Chinese noodle dishes.
