Hey Erin, I used to compete in Iasca and USACI back in the late 90's and early 2000's. We used Scans way back then. I built a Ford Probe and a Chevy van that used Scans and those cars won everything.
I remember your old Civic build from over at DIYMA. I had got the home speaker bug from someones thread over there years ago. The new system looks great - simple and clean.👍👍
Yep, that old civic was awesome but in the new car I wanted to keep it mostly stock looking (at least up front). Audio X did a lot of custom work to get it there and I'm super happy with it.😀
That was beautiful and inspiring I think I can do a custom 3 way design now also glad to see the minidsp is enough for you since I was leaning toward a helix maybe 2v preouts on the minidsp isn't as big a deal as I once thought
I called Steve Cooks shop the other day, I hated to hear about the unfortunate event he’s had. I know he’ll be back up and running in no time. I need some wiring done to my factory head unit. Who do you recommend around Florence or Huntsville?
Oh snap! I watched the video on nicks channel but didn't realize that was you! Probably because you weren't head banging. I thought you said somewhere you were running infinite baffle sub?
@@myboy051 I know but my car has dual exhaust running down the center which complicates things. And complicated things cost more money. Which I don't have enough of. :D

Erin's car is one of the coolest build I've seen in person. It's a pure work of art.

Nice clean install Erin 👌🏻
I am very curious how it sounds 🔊
can you also make a demo video of how it sounds please
Regards
Stefan
Thanks for the reply. I don't do sound demos on this channel for a number of reasons. Sorry.
Would like to sit in the New Civic. Maybe you'll try and make it to Nick's Spring event April 17th?
I don't see that happening. But hopefully if Jason has another NCSQ meet this spring we can meet up then.

That’s also my favorite 80’s song..
It's definitely a great one!👍

I don't really know anyone else in north Alabama I would go to, to be honest.
Sucks to hear about steve’s fire - Hopefully he can open back up soon.

Haha. Yep, that's me! I was running IB in the old Civic but there's no feasible way to do it in this car.
@@ErinsAudioCorner could cut out the spear tire bin and have the sub down fire IB to the atmosphere!!!

Any way I could get a copy of that disk?
I think it might be on the old Autosound 2000 disc. But I'm not 100% sure.
Your review of the mini dl on your website was helpful and “spot on”. Thanks for the work you put in.
Awesome, man. Glad you find it useful. 👍
The stereo probably has more horsepower than the car
Probably!? Definitely!
