I try my best to greet everyone that passes by or coming thru. Last week I said good morning to a lady who turned around and said, "I don't use your stuff. I'm allergic to everything you sell". I found that interesting. I've never seen her before. I said, I guess louder than I thought, I'm just saying good morning She replied, "I know but I can't use your stuff". Ay ay ay. Don't take it personal if someone says things like that to you. Keep on greeting 😊
Country Cottage Candles and Soaps Brandy good luck to you with the market life. You will meet some fantastic people, the other vendors will be like a second family!
This is glorious, I been tryin to find out about "how do you prepare for a craft fair?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Honsaac Qonandon Cure - (just google it )? It is an awesome exclusive product for getting Fairs And Festival listings without the normal expense. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my friend got cool success with it.
This is so helpful! I sell soaps, bath bombs and other body products on etsy and I am doing my first market in July and was just wandering if there was any tips I could use!
Can you make a video on how to pick scents (fragrance oils or essential oil) . I just started and I’m making stuff I like but I know for business you need to do scents customers will want to buy .
My business is an LLC. I’m sure requirements vary by state. Soaps are probably the least risky thing to sell but you know people can sue over anything! candles... now that’s probably more risky. If the jar exploded, broke or overheated & burned something or someone even if it was due to inappropriate use... someone may come after you. The chances are slim this would happen but it’s a reason to have coverage. I’m not very experienced with this part so I don’t want to tell you wrong. But I would start with your home owners insurance & see what options they have or check the soap making guild. 😊
Thank you very much for all of your information. There’s a question do you need a business license or any license to sell in the Market ? Thank you and you have a wonderful day ❤️
Your self awareness is inspiration,
