This is a pretty great example of how not to conduct an interview: -Leading questions that open the door for the interviewee to answer the way you want. -Ignoring important aspects of the criticism the interviewee has been facing, and instead straw manning those critics. -Accepted all answers, even when all evidence is contrary. -Produced in a way to evoke a specific emotional response from the audience. This isn't an interview, it's a farce. It's a video you made to try to save your friend's reputation and it's painfully obvious. This is a very irresponsible use of your platform that's harmful to others who have survived abuse. I expected better from you Boogie, I'm disappointed.

What bothers me the most about Michael is the constant "I left Bridgette" videos. And the reason that bothers me so much is that Michael made that beautiful tribute song "Dear, Dad" and in the song, he breaks down and starts to cry over the thought of not having Bridgette and having to go through his Father's death alone. He says how he wouldn't even want to be alive if it wasn't for her. Then a month later, he goes to Vegas and stages this entire charade where he and Bridgette "break-up" and acts as though he couldn't care less that they've "broken" up. And to me, I feel like they are making a mockery out of their relationship, and I just don't agree with that. At all. There are so many other things they could do for videos. Why must they always stage these break-up videos? One thing I always admired about Michael is that he never let the attention go to his head when it came to Bridgette. He stayed with the one who was with him at his lowest. When he had nothing. Most men would not do that. I've lost a lot of respect for him when he started making a mockery out of their relationship. Now when I listen to Dear, Dad, that part of the song is not as powerful and emotional to me as it was when I first heard the song. This is just my personal opinion on the situation. I know some people probably don't agree with me and are fine with all the break-up videos. I just wanted to share why it bothers me.

He doesn't HAVE to do it. Many channels survive just fine by putting work into their content instead of using a shortcut like a crutch/excuse. Clickbait also doesn't help in the long run. Just leads to less long term fans and more toxic community once you have a rep of being the clickbait channel. No one likes clickbait, idiots included Its fine when done right though. The very first thing out of Michael's mouth was a lie. He originally told all of us that he absolutely did not click-bait or lie on "ANY" of his video/vlog titles. Michael has contradicted himself so many times already. And, I'm only half way though this interview. I don't think it was actually love for AGP the man. I was more like love of the comedy and that's what people miss.
I just hated this interview. Boogie completely pandered to Michael, jumping over various things that Michael had done, and those he did bring up he didn't press onto for the actual truth. You shouldn't actually clickbait, because it damages your trust relationship with the audience. Thereby making you lose more overall views and making you clickbait even more. So please, clickbait is a spiral of death for all RUclips channels and is not worth the short term gain you will get, because audience trust is really worth a lot more. Building that kind of trust requires a lot of genuinity over the years.

What do you know about RUclips? I've been making videos for six years, have never clickbaited, and I haven't even hit 40 subscribers. You HAVE to clickbait to thrive. I think it's important to remember that KidBehindACamera was also pretty damn friendly with DaddyOFive. They collabed often and talked about each other enough that it sounded like they were friends beyond just making videos together. Even if people say "Oh, he's not as bad a Do5," the fact that he was completely fine with how the Martins treated their kids makes it hard to not be concerned by the clips. He even made a video with them in the middle of the scandal, posted just a month before Cody and Emma were taken away. Even without Cody there (it's one of the ones where he wasn't allowed on a family outing as punishment), Michael is mocking him with the Do5 family. It's still up on his channel with Do5 making some dumb face in the thumbnail. You can find it yourself, but it has ads, so use adblock unless you wanna support this shit. He uses the same excuses, too. It's acting. "Oh, Cody's always wanted to be an actor!" They get rewards. "If they're bein' abused, then how would they have all this cool stuff?" (this can also be a form of manipulation/abuse, because if the kid is old enough to know that videos are source of the family's income, then they end up feeling guilty for not going along with things). He says that he's changed since the early videos, but his ones with Do5 are from *less than 2 years ago, and he still tries to profit off of them.* It really shouldn't shock anyone that a man entertained by abuse is now accused of goddamn abuse. *Rant over.*

The content mainly revolving around cruel "pranks" and "games" like convincing the youngest boy, only 8 years old, that he was being put up for adoption, getting one of the brothers to slap the younger sister, shoving the youngest boy so he'd smack into things, screaming and cussing at the kids, prodding the kids into fighting each other, and so much more. There was even a video where Mike reads a note from the youngest boy's teacher where the teacher explained that this little kid was self-harming by scratching until he bled. Mike proceeded to yell at him and call him a freak, seeming to think the teacher wrote the note for disciplinary purposes rather than concern. It ended up going to court, and the two youngest kids were taken from the Martin's custody when the court found them guilty of child abuse.

A 3rd party real interviewer would have done more research, it seemed like Boogie had speaking points (abuse, click bait, etc) but had no other research, so that leaves PickleLiar to fill in the blanks, thats where he led Boogie around by the nose. This is a pretty great example of how not to conduct an interview:
-Leading questions that open the door for the interviewee to answer the way you want.
-Ignoring important aspects of the criticism the interviewee has been facing, and instead straw manning those critics.
-Accepted all answers, even when all evidence is contrary.
-Produced in a way to evoke a specific emotional response from the audience.
This isn't an interview, it's a farce. It's a video you made to try to save your friend's reputation and it's painfully obvious. This is a very irresponsible use of your platform that's harmful to others who have survived abuse. I expected better from you Boogie, I'm disappointed.

What bothers me the most about Michael is the constant "I left Bridgette" videos. And the reason that bothers me so much is that Michael made that beautiful tribute song "Dear, Dad" and in the song, he breaks down and starts to cry over the thought of not having Bridgette and having to go through his Father's death alone. He says how he wouldn't even want to be alive if it wasn't for her. Then a month later, he goes to Vegas and stages this entire charade where he and Bridgette "break-up" and acts as though he couldn't care less that they've "broken" up. And to me, I feel like they are making a mockery out of their relationship, and I just don't agree with that. At all. There are so many other things they could do for videos. Why must they always stage these break-up videos? One thing I always admired about Michael is that he never let the attention go to his head when it came to Bridgette. He stayed with the one who was with him at his lowest. When he had nothing. Most men would not do that. I've lost a lot of respect for him when he started making a mockery out of their relationship. Now when I listen to Dear, Dad, that part of the song is not as powerful and emotional to me as it was when I first heard the song. This is just my personal opinion on the situation. I know some people probably don't agree with me and are fine with all the break-up videos. I just wanted to share why it bothers me.

I think it's important to remember that KidBehindACamera was also pretty damn friendly with DaddyOFive. They collabed often and talked about each other enough that it sounded like they were friends beyond just making videos together. Even if people say "Oh, he's not as bad a Do5," the fact that he was completely fine with how the Martins treated their kids makes it hard to not be concerned by the clips. He even made a video with them in the middle of the scandal, posted just a month before Cody and Emma were taken away. Even without Cody there (it's one of the
ones where he wasn't allowed on a family outing as punishment), Michael is mocking him with the Do5 family. It's still up on his channel with Do5 making some dumb face in the thumbnail. You can find it yourself, but it has ads, so use adblock unless you wanna support this shit.
He uses the same excuses, too. It's acting. "Oh, Cody's always wanted to be an actor!" They get rewards. "If they're bein' abused, then how would they have all this cool stuff?" The content mainly revolving around cruel "pranks" and "games" like convincing the youngest boy, only 8 years old, that he was being put up for adoption, getting one of the brothers to slap the younger sister, shoving the youngest boy so he'd smack into things, screaming and cussing at the kids, prodding the kids into fighting each other, and so much more. There was even a video where Mike reads a note from the youngest boy's teacher where the teacher explained that this little kid was self-harming by scratching until he bled. Mike proceeded to yell at him and call him a freak, seeming to think the teacher wrote the note for disciplinary purposes rather than concern.
It ended up going to court, and the two youngest kids were taken from the Martin's custody when the court found them guilty of child abuse.

I feel like he was the wrong person for this interview because thats clearly his friend hes protecting. this is an issue of bias, not really anything else (in my opinion youre welcome to disagree)

@@masterbeo8475 well usually your political alignment is a reflection of who you are as a person.A liberal is a "live and let live,let everyone do everything," kind of person, and that person stands for nothing. They stand for not standing for anything, which adversely affects their objectivity or ability to do a truthful interview. Kid behind a camera hides his flaws well on camera.... but there are rumors about his vices. Ultimately , we all have sins and it's not for me to confirm whether those rumors are true. I do not like his clickbaiting and I often only watch a few seconds of his videos because I get frustrated with his overacting. When he does normal videos, I like them... and boogies too.

The way you lead this interview and pose your questions is troubling and the way you allow this monster to deflect your questions is disturbing to say the least. I'm highly dissappointed in you, Boogie. You let your fans down and most importantly you let these kids down.

I think blaming youtubes algorithm is an excuse for him to justify making clickbait. In reality it's him...... Somehow he needs to change.... His family and him frankly just aren't that interesting. They're just like any other family in the world. However they use clickbait titles to make their lives seem more interesting, than they actually are. Good interview Boogie but, I don't think you pressed him hard enough in this video.
