The way Vessel sings "my arms belong around you." Holy shit. I could fill books with the emotions that line inspires in me. Their fucking lyrics are always on point. So much desperation. So much hunger and thirst. That one line is ingrained in my head now. What better way is there to say "I love you, I need you, please have me." Beautiful.

I feel like drummers honestly don’t get enough recognition when it comes to all members of a band but I’ll say this now the drum for this band is an absolute legend🤘

Ran into this song in the middle of a rough divorce with my ex. We were barely speaking 'cause she needed space. I used to just watch her, doing her thing while I had 'The Offering' on loop. That line "my arms belong around you" got me choked up every time. In the end, the divorce still happened. But now, this song's a reminder to really cherish every loving moment - you never know when it might be the last. This song's got a special place in my heart...Thanks Sleep Token!

oddly beautiful. heavy instrumental yet soft and amazing vocals.
Vocals remain very clean but raw and emotional and the instruments are back and forth it’s amazing I can’t stop listening.....
and isnt literally just 001000011100 on the lowest string, or stupidly overcomplicated on the guitars, where the complexity is lost in the guitars, the drums and vocal techniques bring back the complexity. and it fucking slays

@@osamaobama293 I feel that makes more sense. It seems the character speaking here is the angelic being that the vampire is to drink from. It seems forbidden that angels and vampires interact in a loving manner. Tearing the page is like saying "fuck what ya heard" in a romantic type of way.

Found Sleep Token through The Summoning and then Chokehold and Vore. Digging through their back catalogue now on RUclips and I'm loving what I'm hearing. Dark, atmospheric and emotionally heavy without being too chaotic. It feels like an odd mix between Deftones and VOLA and I'm here for it.

I can't help but tear up at the "my arms belong around you" part. So much emotion and such good vocal harmonies with those beautiful riffs in the background.

I am never going to fully comprehend his voice, his lyrics speak volumes.
The one thing that got me into Sleep Token were the drums. Their drummer goes off in all the songs.
It's actually obscene how good this track is.
That drummer in the breakdown at the end is freaking insane, man. Holy shit, the guy is going crazy back there.
My husband played this and I was like "What. Is. That." It was so awesome it just pulled me and grabbed me. I needed to know what band this was and now I'm going through all the songs and I LOVE it. Awesome music. New Favorite band.

Just discovered the Sleep Token last night in a metal playlist. Well, it's so much more than that. I'm stoked.
I remember listening to this when it first came out.. Not realizing how big this niche little band was about to become. And how much they'd save my life. I was toying with the idea of letting go of the wheel of my car so much tonight.. But there's something about this band that helps ignite that small flame inside of me.

I finally managed to catch one of their livestreams just as Courtney was mentioning something about Sleep Token. I barely caught it, but was like hey, if she likes it it's probably could. Listened to "Jaws" and was instantly hooked. That song is great, but this is a fucking banger.

One piece of this riff sounds like a riff by Meshuggah but I don't know from which song. And the other piece of this riff sounds like a riff from "[Mind over Mind]" by Norma Jean 😁👌
Pretty sure they could make an hour long song of just the intro instrumental to this and i would still never get over how good it is.

I found this band 5 days ago by @drumeo and I'm still processing this sound. Because it's so inexplicably damn good that it feels like my brain doesn't know how to deal with it.
I love this band so much. Vessel doesn't lose his accent when he sings and II is going absolutely ballistic on those drums, altogether excellent
