Holy fuck that was amazing. As a huge fan of Brad, and have been playing sublime on the guitar idolizing that man as a teenager till now I’m in my 30s. This was a masterclass tribute to all the different ways his dad played this song.
I grew up with Sublime in the LBC and spoke with Brad's mom a lot when she was a nurse. We would talk about Jakob and how he is a replica of his father. Sounds just like his dad.❤❤❤ peace to Bud and Eric for keeping the band going with jakob.

After watching it, I get the feeling both sides agreed to keep things seperate and distraction free. May have had to do with the amount of hiatus both bands endured between performing in front of large crowds. Makes things very rehearsed and regimented with little room for freestyle. Freestyle was Bradley's stock and trade, but Brad's gone and it's apparent.
