I always thought it was sweet how the lady was determined to take care of Beavis while they sat together. I feel like that was the first time Beavis had met a motherly adult figure that wanted to care for him, even if he didn’t realize it.
Its amazing how a movie about two dumbasses finding their TV can be the most well thought out and hilarious animated comedy featured within the last 30 years. Especially this Old lady Best side character ever.

Even though Mr. Van Drissan genuinely cared about them, he still lost his patience or got royally scrwed by the end of the episode. This sweet old woman showed both boys, particularly Beavis the only unconditional love and kindness they've probably ever had. Its really heartwarming.
She is probably their only friend in the world. Everyone who knows them can't stand them. When they are close to scoring, Beavis is too clueless to know when a girl likes him. Butthead is too clueless to know when a girl isn't interested.
