Wow! Great tips! The “Start playing” tip definitely resonates with me. I had never done a video until about a year ago. Since then I’ve made over 20 of them. It does get easier. And I feel like I’ve learned a lot and have improved both my singing and playing as a result of recording. One tip I have is to not get too focused on playing a song at the tempo that’s on the record. Allow yourself to take it a little slower. It will sound just fine. No one is going to throw you in jail for being a few beats per minute slower than the artist who made the song famous.
