I’ve been hoping that several of them are booted out. My father tried to kill my pregnant mother , my older brother and sister when I was six. I also witnessed my father tried to kill himself as I watched. I’m 64 and have never owned a gun.

When I was in Stockton, CA court in 1997, I took an oath before court proceedings. I didn't lie in front of anyone. I answered everything with integrity. Judge fined me for only $100, No jail. Never ever been into prison. He and the rest of court administration looked at me that I'm not a violent person, I'm a calm person. After I pleaded guilty with no contest, I was let go.

An Administrative Law Judge is as low on the scale as you can go. They are political appointees who get lucrative retirement benefits and are rarely qualified, other than know the right people, to serve.

Judge Charles Beaudrot was the wrong judge to hear this case. He is not trained and therefore not qualified to hear civil law trials which is what this was. He was appointed as an Administrative Law Judge and is a retired partner in a tax law practice and teaches tax law as an adjunct at Emory Law School. Civil law is not his area of expertise nor civil trial lawyering. This was a complete farce and ought to be struck from the court record and a new hearing date petitioned so the matter can be heard before a qualified judge that is appropriate to the judicial matter at hand. A clear example of his lack of civil law trial expertise were the repeated instances of perjury by Taylor Greene that Judge Beaudrot allowed to slide and he remarkably did not intervene to warn Taylor Greene about lying under oath and finally cite her for contempt.
Marjorie Taylor Greene was a deliberately hostile witness. She made a complete joke of the judicial process with her smirking facial expressions while answering, "I can't remember." If her memory is so faulty over actual behavior and texts she wrote that were then read back to her, perhaps she is unfit to serve on that basis alone!
This hearing was such a farce by a judge who had no business presiding over it that the State Bar of Georgia ought to take up the breach of legal ethics clearly witnessed in this hearing. A complete disgrace.
