So every time you want to review the footage do you have to take the card out and put it into a laptop or dose it show you saved recordings thru the app untill the card is full?
Does the notification automatically send a snapshot or the video recorded? Since the footage is stored locally and someone could take the camera if would be helpful to have the notification with some snapshots included for security.
Just bought a 4-pack on Amazon during Prime Day; they are awesome; no monthly fees to use them; I used my own micro sd cards and the application works absolutely great! All other cameras I was looking at do not provide internal memory card slots/ no way to save video onboard; I would have to pay for monthly subscriptions; that blows...My older Samsung SmartCam were just discontinued/ no longer supported so these C110 cameras are great, the app and the view quality at 2K is amazing. if you need simple to use and easy to setup, with easy to use/manage application, then the c110 are it!!!
@@TheFrenchGlow Hi, I wanted to buy one of each (TAPO C210 and C110) and use them together on the same tapo app, but my friend said it would be better to buy the same model.
not required; you can use your own micro sd card and access the footage on the application; view what you want and then download the file to your iphone
Tapo claims their cameras are compatible with Google Assistant and Alexa but with the Tapo C200 this is not 100% accurate. While the camera can be linked to Google Home and Alexa and can be identified in both Apps, when you try to access the camera in Google Home a message comes up saying "The video stream can't be viewed here. If you have a smart display or Chromecast, you can ask the Assistant to stream it there." A similar message comes up in Alexa. I suspect that this could be an issue with the C210 as well.
@@pjc593 Since my previous post I've added a C310 and C210 camera to go with the original C200. I've also added a Chromecast Google TV device. At this stage I can successfully get Google Assistant to show all three cameras on the TV, including the C200 - but it's a long way from seamless! To be fair I've been having a few issues with Chromecast and I suspect the problems I'm seeing may be coming from the Chromecast setup and not Google Assistant but more work is needed before I can say for sure.
So what if the added SD card gets full? Does it automatically clears up old footage or do I need to do it myself?
What do you think about the c210 through a window? Would the colour night vision be ok? Turning off night mode to avoid the infrared.
Or the c110

Is the single frame field of view of C110 wider than C210?

can i used this tapo cctv without tapo care subscription?
Yes
Thanks for video . Does it record continuously. With or without motion alerts or recording only starts when motion
is detected?
with memory card onboard you tell the c110 to record all the time or when motion is detected...you get to make that call
I got the c210. Great cam for the price
Hi, I've been trying to find this info online, but do you know if I can connect 1 of each on the same device?
Thanks
Hi! I want to help but not sure if I understand correctly. What do you mean by 1 of each on the same device?

@@diana_borcea Yes, you can use the same application with the c210 and c110
Thank you

Awesome demonstration David
Which is better Tapo C200 or C210?
The C210 is newer and better value
Great video review.
I actually like this
c110 also has notifications

My C210 can be used with Google assistant. C200 has no support for it. It's always recommended to read user manuals.

What we want to watch is video quality mainly
