regarding the night vision ir test, the tapo could do better, if you place it away from any close objects, because any object close to the IR source will reflect back and create a glaring image as seen on this test. The xiaomi camera location didnt have any object close . thanks for the comparison
It's not biased. Check my replies to earlier comments. I had already admitted that it was a mistake putting the Tapo C210 on top of a white object. Read the other comments.
Yes. For Xiaomi on Windows PC, please check my other video here-- ruclips.net/video/tS_Q3O9Cj-Y/видео.html For Tapo, there's an app, which i haven't tried, that able you to watch videos from Tapo cameras on PC. Thanks
Hi! I've found your reviews very helpful. Over the fence in getting a C210 for just a small store that I'm putting up - since I'm gonna be always far from the store's location, I was thinking that it'd be better if I opted for the Tapo Care subscription instead of an SD card. Would you happen to know how much the pricing is for the basic subscription for it? Does the Tapo Care subscription include non-stop recording of videos as long as the C210 camera is on? Many thanks in advance!
Recording is infinite for 7 days (basic) and 30 days (premiuum). It's ₱175/month for 1 camera. Thanks. Actually, you don't need subscription because the microSD card capacity is 256 and it will last for several days. Recording is on loop. Please subscribe .
@@HiTechTaBai Subscribed! If I opt for the SD card.. with 256GB good for one week - "looped recording" - does this mean that it automatically overwrites the video recorded by itself, and, that the locally stored video can be viewed wherever I may be as well, as long as I access the camera in the Tapo app?
@@HiTechTaBai thats full video? Every seconds and minute? Because i subscribe xiaomi playback, but it only shows me the motion detected but not the full recording
i think tapo cam lens dirtt need to be cleaned. im using it actually, seems much more better then you showed. night review also not same conditions. IR reflection on the table seems where u used on.
It was cleaned since its original location was different. Maybe, the IR reflection you've mentioned may have contributed. Thanks for noticing it. However, Mi 2K Pro has still better video quality than Tapo's. It also has better AI.
Yes. I realized later that C210's color was affected by the white surface of the microwave where i placed it. Nevertheless, the C210 can't beat the MI 2K Pro.

Yes the test is biased. The IR is reflected by the object at the lower left corner.

Hi may i know if how tapo and xiaomi record full video playback?
Check my other videos on Xiaomi and Tapo cameras for guidance. I have tutorial videos on set-up and pairing of those camera to its individual app.
Ohh sorry, i want to know if tapo and xiaomi record full video? Because i bought c400 and only motion is recorded for playback.
Gusto ko po makita yung full video ng recording
@@KimCheung-y7q You can view all recordings (on SDCard) by going to storage management on the app.

Sir What sd card is compatible with tapo
I used class 10 microSD card
But there is a major problem in xiomi of connecting.
When power supply off then it not connect automatically.
i have addressed that in this video-- ruclips.net/video/ETc_AwGk-iM/видео.htmlsi=F7qMbKuve19W5bU0
Can the 360 2kpro do continuous recording? If not can c210 do it?

@@Michael-fl9lh I haven't tried it but others say it can support up to 64GB.
xiaomi 360 2k pro suport Onvif Protocol ?
Nope
@@HiTechTaBai tapo c210 suport onvif ?
Tapo cameras use RTSP protocol. I don't know if it works with ONVIF.
Per Tapo.com, their cameras work with both ONVIF and RTSP.

Mas maganda at clear talaga ang XIAO MI CCTV CAM. yan gamit ko sa biznes ko.
Xiaomi seems to have more fps?
Yes. Tapo C210 has only 15fps but latest Tapo cams have adjustable fps up to 25fps. Check my video on Tapo C225.

I think sir. Naa murag cabinet sa ubos sa tapo c210. Mo igana juf na siyag.color basta naa duol na object

Between MI 2K Pro and C400, which one do you suggest for indoor recording?
Mi 2K Pro if you want the camera to track pets. C400 if you want only human tracking. I chose Mi 2K Pro because of the pet tracking. Thanks

Xiaomi stopped home surveillance record feature..big shocking! Now what if ur camera stolen?
I think it's only for cloud recording. You still record all events on the SDcard.
I have video update about it. Check here: ruclips.net/user/shortsPtKmSwXGu80?feature=share
comparison po ng tapo c211 vs xiaomi 2k pro po sana :)
C211 has an aperture of 2.4 while Mi 2K Pro is 1.4. That alone, lamang na si 2K Pro. Both is 3MP cams.
Very useful review, thank you very much.
Can do comparison with Tapo C225
C225 is not available in the Philippines market. We only have C200 and C210. Thanks
Tapo nice
Pareho yan na try ko sa store ko mas malinaw ang tapo kesa diyan sa xiomi dito ko alam bakit malabo diyan panget lang sa tapo mahina sounds
If you understand aperture's function at night time, seguro mas ma-appreciate mo ang Xiaomi 2K Pro😁
am having the same tapo and having no issues
