The most annoying thing about BPOs are the shifts and robotic calling where one has to read what's on screen and not say anything else.
But i never used the script trust me

All those who are blowing his trumpet, let me point out that he did few grammatical mistakes! When he asked lisa,” May I know is there any...”, he shouldn’t have used ‘is there’! Instead he should have framed the sentence anything like this- “May I know about any difficulty that you might be facing?” It could have been better!

Trust me guys call centre job is very difficult, making notes while talking to customer, wrap up call, check the systems, listening cool to bad words of irritated customer and then responding with a solution and ear pain is terrible
