I always do the lower body workout but I have a deep sharp pain on my left leg at the back of my joint.... I don't know y but can't stop plz auntie molly kindly inbox me we talk a lil🥹 more love Mariah ❤️🩹💟

Is squatting good for beautiful legs? If yes how long does it take to see results?
Yes it does…it takes a month of consistency
