I used to love the cheese ones as a child. My ex husband loved the mince ones if he was hungry before bed. He loved them with bread and butter ...yuck lol

Hiya Faye, looking lovely today, I like Iceland and usually get 3 for £10 in their fish...bag of cod, bag of salmon, bag smoked haddock, and also the uncooked prawns, I just buy and mixed selection of 6 bags....can't go wrong for £20, and a fair number of meals to make. To give yourself extra room in freezer unbox some items, place in bags label them up and put cooking instructions in said bag, loads more room tfs my lovely Jax❤X
Those £1 meals in Iceland are lovely the pasta and rice meals in a bag are amazing for the money 👍🙋
Slimming World is weird. They have a rule that if you eat a banana it's classed as free food but if you mash it up it has a syn value! So mashing it in your mouth doesn't count but in a bowl does! They try to tell you it because you release sugars when you mash it but surely you release the same sugars as you eat it!

It's more of the fact that if you were to mash up multiple bananas to make for example, a smoothie or something, you probably wouldn't normally eat that amount one after the other if you were keeping them whole, so it's to help control your appetite. Doesn't mean you should eat them as much as you want but the option is there rather than eating something more unhealthy

@chanelchilley5844 never had a problem with slimming world plan..only diet I've ever done where I've managed to loose a stone and a half in 4 months 🤷♀️

I haven't been to Iceland in a long time it's a bit of a pain 4 us in Ireland coz we had to go up the North & change over our money to sterling but I used to fill the trolley up I might take a trip up next weekend, take care enjoy the rest of your weekend lots of love 💞💞💞
I’m going try Iceland next week as my Tesco shop has really got expensive again.. slimming clubs in the early 90s is what’s led to my horrific relationship with food .. I can only eat certain foods .. really messed with my head and my sister is the same ..you’re looking fabulous Faye ❤❤❤ xx

Am in slimming world ive lost 6stone 5 lbs. Its so easy to get your head around, plus when your a member you get an app to scan food tells you what you can have ect just give it a try,its changed my life to be honest x

Love the new additions to the iceland £1 range, they extended it last month. I get mine delivered for free. Was £90 yesterday and will probably just need to top up milk bread and salad through the month. Btw carbonara is nice if a bit runny
Great video as always, do you remove all the boxes before putting the frozen food in your freezer, things like fish fingers put in freezer bags, get move stuff in, and put cooking times on the bag so you know how long to cook for, i use to shoo alit in iceland when my children lived at home but nit much know im on ny own xx

Hi Sweetie. Take the food out of the boxes to maximize space in your freezer. If you are worried about cooking directions take a picture of them. 😊
I just take of the cooking instructions bit of box and add to bag.
Hi hun. Iceland have some great food and great bargains! I’ve tried the Penne Carbonara and it’s very watery! I like the Greggs sausage roll. Great upload! 😊 I’d be like you if I had a chest freezer, would go mad and stock up lol

Like any shop you have to look for best offers, I love iceland for the mini roasts ,luxury ready meals ( curry ,lasagne etc as stand by meals ) the 10 for £10 is brilliant ,stock up on findus range as so expensive everywhere else. Just bulk out a meal with fresh Salad or vegetables. The TGI corn dogs are lovely ! To be honest I haven't had a bad product yet as I read reviews. But I don't buy fresh vegetables there as they are more expensive so do what suits 😉 😊

Faye dinner plates are so big now. We have dessert size plates, got mine from Amazon. A huge plate with not much on ( you say you have halved your portion size) tricks the mind into thinking its not much. The same portion size on a dessert plate, looks full up. Works for us. Just dont pile it high and defeat the object lol. Hope that helps. You look stunning in todays vlog.
Take them out of the boxes it will save a lot of space, keep the boxes for the cooking instructions. A lot of good deals.

I tried slimming world once, the leader said you could eat a full chicken if you wanted to ,so I tuck her at her word and had 3 that week and put 7lb on lol. I just didn't understand the info .You look lovely today by the way xx

I've tried a few sw items and I just can't get on with the stuff. It's a shame because the pics look lush 😂. I usually get 3 for 10 or 3 for 5 deals. The £1 range is good, we had the potato slices , I layered them over a sausage casserole , also added into a curry. Really good choice. I tend to stay away from tescos, to expensive, aldi ok x ❤❤❤ those Sweetcorn, and pea steambags in the sale bit are lush, I went back and got more, I just get half a bag and microwave them in a dish, the pea bag has bacon and onions in it with butter, shame they are getting discontinued. ❤❤

I find it’s the packaging that takes up the room Take out of boxes if possible and write on the cellophane so you don’t put gravy on Appleid instead of steak lol

I go to Iceland food warehouse regularly. In my opinion they can expensive on products, but on the plus side they do some mega bags on products which makes them cheaper.. I didn.t realise they did crisp pancakes. Great haul xx

I don’t know about anyone else but I can’t drink water, it makes my mouth so dry, & it makes me so so thirsty & dehydrated, I don’t understand why, but if I drink water with a bit of dilute juice in it I am not thirsty anymore. Very odd.

You’re losing weight I can see it. Slimming world use sweeteners so be careful because they are bad for you. I’ve lost one and a half stone recently I’ve not been in the 15 stone bracket for approx 15-20 years lol
