Why does he keep on doing this!!! He keeps on eating his nice delicious food in front of us and makes us hungry!! Who agrees? Btw I'm not showing any hate
Your videos perfectly capture the art of cooking. I watch them because of how beautifully presented your recipes are. Love your channel (& your wife's!) :)
Another great recipe, Bryon! Been a long time subscriber of yours and absolutely love your videos, your take on them, how artistic they are, and how amazing the food looks. As a college student though, I'm still waiting patiently for more easy weekday meals. Would love to see your take on them!
Thanks for this awesome recipe! I'm going to try this for a camping themed shower. Btw, what's the shelf life of the marshmallow? How do I store leftovers?
Ah I was about to say that it reminds me of Dominique Ansel's Frozen S'more. He uses smoked apple(?) wood sticks I believe. Always wondered how to make something similar. Awesome!!
I am watching this with my four year old daughter and she says can you put this video on again when it's over lol this looks amazing Byron. My family loves your channel and we love your family as well. God bless you guys. From The De Jesus Family
Wow, no vanilla in that marshmallow? That unflavored gelatin really stinks! I don't think I could get that down without some flavoring... These are an adorable treat though! I think the kids and adults both would love them!
when i saw your video, dominique was the first thing that popped in my head, its awesome to see your own version of it! i work at the bakery location in NY :)
IISugarcubexDII WAIT!!! YOU WORK WITH DOMINIQUE!!!??!! I love you!! thank you for watching my videos and tell him that I love him.. he's..well..everything..
Hey Byron, Would you consider doing a video on how to half, double or quarter a baking recipe? I make macarons, I just got a book and each recipe is for 72 macarons 😰 how do I reduce it? Thanks!!!!!
So creative! I would suggest that the ice cream would be chocolate flavor and there was a graham coating around the ice cream to make it more s'morey x
Fiddly is an accurate way to describe this recipe given the problematic nature of freezing, timing, and refreezing to get the perfect texture between each step. BUT, it is actually one of the easier "concept" recipes that I've attempted.. it can be a bit fiddly though. Glad you liked em!
I have to say first of all...love all of your videos! I have watched you for years! Which is why I don't understand why you started to eat before you sit in front of the camera at the end? It was always nice to see and hear how it turned out for the first time 😢.
If I dun have that much of machine and equipment, is that possible to use normal ice cream and marshmallow which make them melted if possible to create this?
I'm still patiently waiting for you to come out with a cook book. 😭😭😭😂
Guadalupe Zambrano I don't need any more cookbooks, but I'd make an exception just for his lol.
His youtube channel is a cook book.
Guadalupe Zambrano me too... but it's in the works.. I'm just way too picky and distracted by life...It's happening though. Keep this between us ok? 😉
ByronTalbott I'll wait as long as it takes 😳😳😳
I will definitely have to make this recipe soon.😍
YESSS!!!
That's looks great but I'll probably eat the entire tray in one sitting.
We did that.. no shame..
yuso aaa same
I won't even bother scooping the I would just eat it straight from the ice cream machine 😂😂
Eric Burton i would just buy the ice cream from store😎😎😎
i'd eat the chef 😏 haha jk
Already looked on Amazon for the ice cream attachment. I'm so going to be everyone's hero with this one. 😊
Yes you absolutely will!!
Why does he keep on doing this!!! He keeps on eating his nice delicious food in front of us and makes us hungry!! Who agrees? Btw I'm not showing any hate

Byron any plans on doing a series on baby/infant food, given your little one?
Waqas Zaib Would love baby food recipes!
His wife has those on her channel. Rachel Talbott
Start out simple as boiling veggies & puree them. For the savory ones just use whatever good stock or home made stock.(vegetable, beef, or chicken)
watching the coating of the smores ice cream pop is sooo satisfying😭😭😭😏😏
alia saif IKR?! Marshmallow is magical
really cool idea! Smores are my favorite so I'll have to try it this summer

rctw89 great video!!! i'm wondering what Dominique Ansel uses for crunch. Feuilletine maybe?
You are so creative with your desserts.
The perfect ice cream scoops were oddly satisfying.
I'm thinking peanut-butter ice cream S'more would be super!
Buie Jubbale YESS..yes please!!

You know what's better that S'more Ice Cream Pop? A Chocolate-covered Smore ice cream pop! Layers of surprises!
Byron is like the male Mary Poppins, he makes everything magical 😍
Wow, no vanilla in that marshmallow? That unflavored gelatin really stinks! I don't think I could get that down without some flavoring... These are an adorable treat though! I think the kids and adults both would love them!
Sun Soul I totally forgot the vanilla, but with all the flavor going on, I didn't even notice... I feel ya though!
Yeah I thought about it later and wondered if perhaps the "toasting" of the marshmallow helped with flavor? It sure looked delicious!
Hi Byron! The link to your website is broken. Hope it's an easy fix for you. Thanks for sharing this new recipe!
looks soo good!
when i saw your video, dominique was the first thing that popped in my head, its awesome to see your own version of it! i work at the bakery location in NY :)
IISugarcubexDII WAIT!!! YOU WORK WITH DOMINIQUE!!!??!! I love you!! thank you for watching my videos and tell him that I love him.. he's..well..everything..
ByronTalbott of course! your videos are great. ill let him know~☆
you think it would help with the melting if you dipped the pop in chocolate before coating in marshmallow?
Hey Byron,
Would you consider doing a video on how to half, double or quarter a baking recipe? I make macarons, I just got a book and each recipe is for 72 macarons 😰 how do I reduce it?
Thanks!!!!!

Oh wow...what a treat!
Yum!! Love this! 👍🏻
Yay another video! How's home going I know you must be bust since your upload is a bit weird lately.
These smores ice cream pops are a genius idea!
Same thing but vanilla custard coated with a white-brown sugar mix
Then torched golden brown and drizzle caramel.
BAM! It's Crème brûlée version!
That looks so delicious😍
These look absolutely incredible, even if they are a bit fiddly! :)
Fiddly is an accurate way to describe this recipe given the problematic nature of freezing, timing, and refreezing to get the perfect texture between each step. BUT, it is actually one of the easier "concept" recipes that I've attempted.. it can be a bit fiddly though. Glad you liked em!
AHHHH they look sooooo good 😍😍
A smore ice cream 😮 very creative!😃👍😋
would if be possible to leave these in the freezer over night and make then the next day, or would that do something to them?
I wonder how dipping the top into grated chocolate would be, melt it with the torch and caramelize the bottom of the marshmallow.
You rock it Byron!!!🔥🔥👍
I'm brazilian, and I love so much your videos
Will you do a kitchen tour Byron?
Looks amazing!

Byron is a chef wizzard. I swear this is sorcery.
Rebekah K Byron the Great maybe?... I'm more than fine with that title!
ByronTalbott Yes! It's perfect!!
Sweet, now how about an ice cream sandwich style one? I'm thinking an ice cream bar encased in marshmallow between two graham crackers.
