      Start out simple as boiling veggies & puree them. For the savory ones just use whatever good stock or home made stock.(vegetable, beef, or chicken)

    Ah I was about to say that it reminds me of Dominique Ansel's Frozen S'more. He uses smoked apple(?) wood sticks I believe. Always wondered how to make something similar. Awesome!!

    Wow, no vanilla in that marshmallow? That unflavored gelatin really stinks! I don't think I could get that down without some flavoring... These are an adorable treat though! I think the kids and adults both would love them!

    Would you consider doing a video on how to half, double or quarter a baking recipe? I make macarons, I just got a book and each recipe is for 72 macarons 😰 how do I reduce it?

    Same thing but vanilla custard coated with a white-brown sugar mix
    Then torched golden brown and drizzle caramel.
    BAM! It's Crème brûlée version!

      Fiddly is an accurate way to describe this recipe given the problematic nature of freezing, timing, and refreezing to get the perfect texture between each step. BUT, it is actually one of the easier "concept" recipes that I've attempted.. it can be a bit fiddly though. Glad you liked em!
