      Nothing Great Comes Without Struggle…
Even a newborn baby has to struggle down the birth canal. I have found that my deepest struggles and the fact that I didn’t quit is exactly what qualifies me to do all that I do… from mentoring on social media to going into schools and the prison system… I am only qualified because of what I went through…
When people learn this truth… Freedom comes to the soul.
Thanks and have a Blessed Day🤙🙏😁

Not only is PROCESS a huge step in anyone's thinking, it also is how to do it quicker, better, and faster....WITHOUT loosing any quality, that is what makes a true business person in Manufacturing or and type of Service industry. That is the KEY to SUCCESS, and it takes time but if you are constantly thinking like that, you can never be a common worker, because it pushes too hard and too loud. You can never hush that thinking that drives you 👊😉👍 I can relate

Titan, I just wanted to say you are an inspiration, This year has been the best year of my life. I went to trade school for CNC and I invented my own product, with the permission of the teachers I bought my own material and tooling and made a couple hundred extra parts between class assignments. I learned so much about CNC lathe work and wrote my own program from scratch that uses 10 different tools to make a part out of 316 stainless steel. I feel like I lack so much experience but we have an opportunity to have a small shop space and to get some CNC machines next year. I truly appreciate that you share things like speeds and feeds and tooling, I have so much to learn. Thanks TITAN. I finally feel like I have something to go for in my life. I was a high school drop out and thought I would always work fast food jobs the rest of my life. Instead I have prospects of starting a small business and marketable trade skills.

My advice is that your first machine be a new one buddy. You building your reputation in the market as you start and the last thing you want is your machine going down and start having issues that causes delay to your customers. That’s a bad start and a bad name and when ur new you are lucky to be given a chance but they hardly give you a second chance man. That’s my opinion at least good luck

Oh boy I wish more people would do this. Pretty much no experience in CNC machining at all. I'm put with a guy for three weeks until he leaves, all the programs were saved in the machine already. His last day, 2:45 and we leave at 3:30. He hands me a part and says "program this". He didn't even teach me anything! All I knew how to do was start the machine and clear the slideway lubrication alarm. Everything I know right now about programming CNC comes from RUclips. And now, I now that the programs that this guy, who went to machining school and college and everything, wrote and saved into the machine and were wrong and I had to fix them.

I have to agree, because every company I went to the process is broken. even the top Aerospace company. Like for instance they couldn't figure out which way the floor mat goes on the floor pans. Also they didn't have a table showing the dimensions of the raw materials for each part. So I cut my time in half by measuring about 20 different models parts so I can pre-cut all the raw material and get it done. I quit that company because I wasnt getting payed enough like a $1.50 raise while the other companies is $2.50. And also the company was getting bought out so the future seem bleaked. Also my skills were limited because it's production.

Every human being has a mind of Their Own Andre able to think up ideas. Takes more than an idea to be successful. Money normally isn't just given out for thinking it's paid out Friday has products and work that is valuable. It's paid out to those Hutu and not just think. Hard work quality professionalism is what needs to be taught in American schools. How to think for yourself, how to think outside the box. I just be a robot trained to think and do exactly what the schools wants you to do. Certain careers require a college education. But not every career requires a college education. How many financially successful men didn't go to college or didn't complete College? Maybe the people that didn't go to college were intelligent enough to know they didn't need to to do what their interest was. They still had to learn and develop their skills. Some of the videos I've seen Titans show that he has developed is personal character to Value what used to be important America. Now it's becoming fewer and fewer who believe this way.
