Love the position. If I get there, it’s 90%+. The 10% is guys with a super strong arm and it gets stalemated (though he’s in misery the whole time!). Learned it in detail from Henry Akin’s instructional. You added a few great extra options and details that look great against the strongman. Thanks!
Thank you for watching and ofc for the kind words! The strongman can be worn down by time! If you can hold that position for long enough, a sub will come! Let us know how how it goes going further 🔥🫵
@@GrapplingNerds Took it rolling for a week now. Got into Kesa with some strong dudes. 100%. The trick of putting their wrist into your own hip fold was amazing. You have all the mechanical advantage, and the arm position doesn’t feel that threatening to them so eventually they give it to you anyways. But then dropping the knee and sliding their arm down the ramp is easy also, straight into the multiple subs at the end. Thanks!
YESS!!! That's fantastic! 🙌🏽 our pleasure! That's what we've started this channel for - sharing all the awesome things we've discovered or learned, and building a community of strong and awesome grapplers! Thank you so much for letting us know it helped you! 👊🏽
Thanks for asking! We have the americana part at minute 5:30. Starts with how you pin the arm on your leg, to help you move it into an armbar, which most likely will make ur opponent curl his arm right into the americana! 🤩 or, is there another position you have in mind? If so, let us know, we are all about learning and nerding new techniques that are effective 🔥🧠💀
that's fantastic! I believe its probably the highest percentage submission from that position anyway! The others are there for you to go for, and most of the time, your opponent by defending the other subs end up with the perfect hand placement for the Americana! Also when your opponent tries to pull their shoulder out and turn into you. It's sooo good. Thanks for watching and for your comment! 👊🏽
Hahaha you too? We wish, you should have seen ours! We had that same reaction watching and editing the video! ☠️🤣 we were like “wait did it snap and he played along after? No, can’t be: we were there! 🤣”. We had to rewind a few times to see Albert’s left hand tap! We love Albert, we need him intact 🙏 thanks for watching and commenting!
Thank you! You should definitely try it! Don’t forget, first of all it’s a PIN. So if you are struggling with it at the beginning, focus on just holding your oponent down 20-50 seconds, it will tire them out, and if you manage this, the submissions will come 🔥🙏 let us know how it went for you and if you have any questions, fire away 🫡💀🧠
😂 shoutout to dangerous animal Albert, we did 3 takes of this, didn’t complain once 🔥🔥 many thanks for your feedback 🙏 we are glad you’ve enjoyed it and got value out of it! 🧠💀
Dangerous animal…great nickname
Hahaha! Yes indeed 🙏 Albert competes a lot! And wins a lot! Dangerous animal 👹 thanks for watching and for your support 👊

No stylish push the arm across the thigh and americana with the leg?

Judo bread and butter, it's also a great choice because you fall into it a lot when doing take downs as well.
