    Got diagnosed with HSV-2 almost 12 months ago and since the initial outbreak i have had nothing even remotely close to another outbreak. You wouldn't even know i have it. The hardest part about living with it is the stigma attached to it and telling people to look into it for themselves once the distrust and anger at me passes once i've disclosed.

    • @kp1346
      @kp1346 3 года назад

      I was diagnosed with it when I was 23. Third guy I every slept with. Every guy I told him after having sex a few times so they would know that it was no big deal. Looking back that was probably the wrong move but honestly 1/2 probably had it anyway and didn't know it. I, like you have had NOT ONE outbreak since. I am now 55 and since my immune system is breaking down because of my age. I have problems now 24/7. I take daily medication and it doesn't help. Honestly I wish it were HIV they have medicine where it lowers infection so low it's not even detectable on a test and can't be transmitted and you wouldn't have to tell a sole. With HERPES 2 it makes you feel dirty, embarrassing, humiliated . I haven't had a date in three years and I probably won't go on another one due to the fact that I'm always having problems and sex, now is out of the question.

      My heart is filled with gratitude as I'm sharing my testimony to the entire universe on how herbal doctor oduntun cured me from herpes virus that has been spreading through my body, I suffered from herpes virus since 2007 I often see symptoms in my private area nd lips, anytime I use acyclovir drugs it will go away then return some months later.
      It was disheartening since i have been diagnosed but after finding herbalist oduntun and his reviews on instagram @herbalist_oduntun i was convinced that he meant be of great help to me so I contacted him to know more about his herbal products and how I can get it delivered to me here in Tajikistan,
      He then said that he will deliver the herbal package to me through the ups delivery service with the address I will provide that is after preparing the medication with the roots and herbs ingredients he will purchase from the traditional market, so I keep faith believing that I can be cured completely with what comes from nature since it herbal medicine i took the risk and pay him the amount he requested to get the ingredients he started preparation as soon as I send him the money and submit my home address for the delivery today I'm so happy sharing this to the world 🌍 I'm panalle Isabella from Italy, for more information on how to get in touch with herbal doctor oduntun you can reach him on What'sApp:+2349039463501 or his (email:herbalistoduntun@gmail.com) I'm a living testimony stay safe and stay bless 🙏🏼.

    Laureen,
    you are making excellent points about why it's important to have "the" conversation! More than one person has avoided disclosing their status until AFTER I've brought up the dreaded, adult, safe sex talk. Thank you for emphasizing what is truly important in the general discussion about HSV... the need for better communication!

      Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done. She most likely isn’t coming back and it’s not you’re fault. Rejection is part of life and as morbid as it may seem at least you know why you’re being rejected. A lot of people never get that. I wouldn’t let it effect you too much. She has every right to ghost you some people just aren’t comfortable with being with someone with a chronic/incurable STI but that doesn’t mean you’ll be alone forever someone will accept you and if you’re worried about disclosing maybe you should try one of those STI positive dating sites. Honestly, It’s not that big of a deal and ik that’s easy for me to say as someone who doesn’t have any STIs but you gotta be optimistic.

      @@Ryanjt2798 you probably wouldn’t have it if you were chase or celibate so yeah, it’s an STD. Don’t down play what it is. It’s more infectious than HIV. it looks hideous and can be physically uncomfortable. You would definitely know if you had it and will everybody else know. I can always tell when people I see in town have it. The only people that can hide herpes are the ones that have it downstairs since they are wearing clothes.

Not sure if you can still see the comments even though this video you posted was 9 months ago. I've never told anyone my story before. I find your postings very reassuring and Illuminating. I'm going through something right now where I could use some advice and support. Please let me know how I could contact you directly by message. I applaud your openness. If we all could be like you there would not be a stigma attached to this virus.

    I really need help and advice. My older sister was completely reckless and willingly contracted herpes from a sex partner. She did not inform us about it until she had an outbreak and pretty much contaminate us.
    I'm in the process of getting tested. But I have close friends and a guy I was seeing that I'm afraid I could of gave it to them. How can I tell them or should I wait to tell them until I'm sure. I'm really depress and hate everything rn. But I'm more worried about the people around me.

    • @dominiqueg1639
      @dominiqueg1639 4 года назад +2

      How did she contaminate you all? I’m confused, if it’s genital herpes I don’t see how you all would get it unless there was incest going on. And if it’s oral the only way would be though kissing or drinking after each other which is unsanitary in general. Something about this story isn’t adding up. I think you should relax, get the test and then make a move it kinda sound like you’re experiencing some STI paranoia. Unless you’ve had sexual contact with your sister or have made out with her or drank out of a cup she used during her outbreak you don’t have herpes.

    • @0nly1d3lla
      @0nly1d3lla 4 года назад

      @@dominiqueg1639 I never said it was genital herpes. She contracted it via oral sex. By giving him a blow job knowing he had a infection down there. She has kids and we all lived in the same house. I am close with my family. So yes we did share drinks. None of which is consider unsanitary cause multiple families do this and even strangers share drinks.
      I should of been more detail in my story. Cause you took it the wrong way. I am only concern for my friendships and family safety. So I was hoping someone could shed light on my situation. I do have common sense and don't just go off of what people say. So I am already waiting for test result. I've done every bit of research I can for this type of STI. So I am aware of how infection can be spread.
      Thank you for your input.
