Also something add here is that having radial or linear aim is dependent on whether you plant ur wrists/elbow when you aim 👍

I found out that the easiest way to control recoil and get better aim is adjust your mouse angle then you can shoot with whatever you want (linear / curve). Mine is heading a lil bit to right so my mouse will be like "/". Some people use to the left so it will be like "\" .

by linear do you just mean pivoting off your elbow (which is still technically radial bc it will still draw an arc) or you mean doing that while also microadjusting with your fingers/wrist so that your mouse stays truly vertical the entire time? bc the latter i could never get into the habit of doing

you cant be linear if you aim with elbow or wrist. all movements have to be with your shoulder. tf is this bro

Not sure who told you this is important, but it's really not. Finding the spot you want to aim has nothing to do with how you move, just whether or not your sensitivity & space available on your mousepad properly cater to your natural reflexes. No player should ever be playing off an axis, or consider changing their natural axis because they miss a few shots.

radial movements translate linearly idk why you're tying to simulate otherwise with the U shape you're doing.
Anyway, this doesn't matter tbh, just flick naturally, nothing beats letting yourself figure out what the most efficient movement is.
The "linear" only looks such because it's shoulder rotation and it's a bigger arc so less obvious curvature.
This is more shoulder vs wrist debate, which again, doesn't matter.
