That's what I hate about these crossover versus stories. They don't have the b41ls to decide on a definitive winner. There's usually some interruption or draw.
Though I'll give props to Godzilla vs. Kong. That film at least had a definitive winner. More crossover versus stories need to follow that example.

The animation in Baki is horrible, the combats are super static and not fluid at all, it's cringe.
Kengan Ashura's CGI is impeccable and makes the combat super frenetic, fluid and exciting.

@georgehathaways4599 kengan isn't as over the top as baki but it's all about techniques and how crazy these techniques can make someone. It's similar in alot of ways to baki but with out the nose hair darts and stuff like that

I recall there was a crossover in the manga of these 2 series when Doppo was asked by Tokugawa to participate in a Kengan match.
If this is completely different to that I hope it is done better because that crossover manga was appalling.

They could have used PICKLE or even Oliva or Jack against one of the characters from Kengan. THEN ended it on a cliffhanger with someone like Baki or Ohma suddenly stumbling upon the outcome of that fight. That’s why would have been 🔥
@thechosenone93 well i think Sandro is just a huge fan of Doppo, it was a tribute short, not an actual super official crossover. And it gave us some really cool background on Saw Paing, since whenever hes mentioned they talk about how his father was a kengan legend, so pretty cool to actually see his father and see the potential Saw Paing can have. But yes I agree, it was underwhelming

@@rainy50117the difference in power and speed is crazy characters like yuijro are able to stop earthquakes with punching the ground. Dodge lightning and tank it. Punch fast enough to break the sound barrier many times over. And now baki can scale somewhat to him. Heck in the manga other character like sukune and yujiro can use just their grip strength to crush coal into diamond.
